After two long months of a tiring custody battle, it was finally over. Jey got full custody of his son, Amber and her boyfriend are going to jail for child neglect and abuse.

Amber also has to pay 8,000 in child support until Josiah turns eighteen. Everything turned out perfect, all that's left is counseling for Josiah, which will start immediately.

Jey and I will hold off Thailand, until Josiah is used to his appointments.

Josiah has been having more difficulty sleeping. His nightmares have become more frequent and it breaks our hearts to see him suffer.

Josiah has been sleeping with Jey most nights, while I sleep in the guest bedroom for now. I'm finally living with Jey and things have been easier for both of us.

I'll have to start going back to work soon, so Jey wants to go on vacation before that. I took time off after getting the news that my mom passed, so I've had a good amount of time to grieve.

My boss has emailed me some documents to fill out before coming back to work, so I've been busy doing those while Jey has been spending time with Josiah.

I sigh, as I lean back in my rolling chair. I stretch my body and yawn sleepily.

"Almost done." I mumble.

My stomach growls, as I get up to use the bathroom. After finishing up, I head to the kitchen to find something to eat. I smile as I see a sticky note on a Tupperware bowl in the fridge.

All yours. I'll bring home some groceries, Love you.

I grab the plastic bowl and feel how heavy it is. I open it and see some fried rice and teriyaki chicken that Jey had made last night. Two egg rolls wrapped in aluminum foil is on top and my stomach grumbles more aggressively.

It's time to throw down on this.

After eating, I lean back in my chair, sighing in satisfaction. I go back to the guest room after cleaning the dishes and work on my paperwork.

I finally finish an hour later and email it to my boss.

I stand up and stretch. It feels so good, that I groan loudly and fall back on my bed. While laying there, I stare up at the ceiling and wonder when Jey will come back.

Him and Josiah have been gone all day and I miss them.

"What to do?" I think out loud and my door opens.

I smile, as Josiah walks in the door.

"We're home!" He yells and I sit up and let him hug me.

"How was it?" I ask.

"Fine. The lady asked a lot of questions." Josiah says and I look at him.

"Did you answer her honestly?" I ask.

"Yeah, but dad cried. I feel bad."

I frown. "Don't feel bad, sweetheart. You did nothing wrong."

I smile at him and squeeze his cheeks. Josiah smiles, as he struggles in my grasp.

"Moooom." He groans.

"Go out on your swimsuit and we'll go outside."

"Yaay!!" Josiah yells, as he runs to his room.

I get up and walk to the hall. I hear Jey in the kitchen and head in there.

He's putting up groceries, as he listens to music in his Apple IPods. I wrap my arms around him and he takes one out.
