The gang went to the amusement park after Sonic went to his room. Though the theme park was a lot more beautiful up close. Once they enter the amusement park, they separated to have some fun. Tails went to the merry-go-round with Cream, Shadow and Silver went to the Ferris Wheel with Amy and Blaze, Mighty and Marine went over to the games as Sally went to the another ride, Mighty went to the food stand. Knuckles was left alone and looking to see what he can ride on. Though he frowned 'seeing a gay couple laughing and talking'. It made Knuckles think about how he and Sonic should be. Happy, typically romantic, also understandable. Knuckles daydreamed about he and Sonic would have a good time around the theme park. He imagined Sonics cute face giggling at Knuckles. The two go on rides, play games, win prizes, and even sitting at the picnic table eating the chilidogs and curly fries. Knuckles gazed into Sonics eyes as he said, "Oh Sonic, you must be lucky to be with someone like me." Sonic replied, "Oh Knux..." the two enjoyed a lovely sunset as they held each other's hands. Then as Knuckles looked into Sonics eyes again, the two slowly moved closer to each other for a kiss. But before they could, Knuckles snapped out of his daydream and shook his head 'rapidly'. Knuckles sighed deeply and asked himself, "Why didn't I work the nerve to go ask him?!" A familiar female voice said from behind, "Cause we agreed not to get him." He turn to see Rouge 'in her snobby expression'. The white bat was waiting for Amy to get off the Ferris wheel to talk to her. Rouge asked Knuckles, "Are you going to go somewhere at the theme park or are you just gonna stand there?" Knuckles replied rudely, "Go away Bat!" Rouge asked, "Are you in love with Sonic?" Knuckles shouted at her with a blush, "NO I AM NOT!!" But it was a lie. He did love him. But no one knew the danger that is going to approach Sonic.
