Writers Note: I hated this chapter, I still do. Forgive me for the terrible writing. I want to do so much with all the Characters and there isn't enough story to make it work. Ugh. Enjoy the healing garbage pile of this chapter.

[Ghost POV]

Ghost and Jamie were both dressed now, sitting in the open field with a cigarette passing between the two of them. The night breeze cooled their heated skin. Ghost sat back on his palms, watching the stars in the sky spin slowly while Jamie pulled her knees into her chest, hugging them. Ghost lit the end of the cigarette once more, holding it out to her.

"Are you upset?" he asked, seeing the somber look on her face.

"No, I'm tired," she replied. At first, he thought she was regretting what had just happened between the two of them, but then her eyes met his and she smiled slightly.

He chuckled and took the cigarette back from her, "not gonna deny I am a little tired myself."

"We need to head back, or else they are gonna suspect that I went AWOL a second time," she said, standing and brushing off the dirt from her backside.

"Listen Jamie," he said, rushing from the ground and holding out a hand to her in an attempt to stop her. Although her face told him that she already knew what he was going to say, and although she didn't like it, she understood it. "The mission always has to come first..."

"You don't need to explain," she said with a nod, "it's all part of the job," beginning to walk off. He caught her arm and pulled him back to him.

"You're not the job, Jamie. The job is the job, unfortunately we have to forfeit our lives for it. If it comes down to saving you or stopping a missile..." he breathed in deeply and felt guilty for the words that he had to say next, "I have to stop the missile."

"I know," she answered, grabbing his hand and prying it away from her arm. "But I'm not gonna take on the reputation of a crew screw," she said with a heat in her voice that made him want a second round... or in his case a third. "Don't treat me any different now."

"Alright," he answered, part of him knew that would be difficult for him, having her in his field of view on missions now was going to be damn near impossible. She narrowed her eyes at him and then crossed her arms over her chest, he could see her nipples through her thermal, her breast bouncing just slightly as she walked. Behind his mask he bit down on his lip, attempting to drive his eyes away but then remembering that he had had them in his mouth moments ago. She noticed his eyes lingering on her chest, eyes dark and half open, deep in a fantasy of the act they had committed together.

"I think I found your weakness," she said, teasingly.

His eyes widened and swiped up to hers, like he had been caught in the act of grabbing a cookie from the cookie jar, "we are playing with fire, Ash."

"You like the danger though," she stated, cocking her head at him. His mind went blank, blinking slightly but he was unable to focus on anything but his dick that was lengthening again. It was the truth, danger had always thrilled him, but not this kind of danger. He liked putting his life on the line, not his job, not one of his teammates. In a way he felt like he was betraying the rest of his team, keeping a secret like this from Soap, Gaz... Price? The man was like a father to him, but he could never let him know what was going on between him and Jamie. Danger was a turn on for both of us, he had confirmed it when he felt how wet she was.
