Shelldon flew around the basketball court as you faced off against Leo. Your eyes were narrowed as you took deep breaths, light on your feet to block his path to the hoop. You weren't in your basketball sneakers, and you were playing on cracked pavement in a community court, but that wasn't about to stop you from beating this cocky bastard.

Leo smirked as he passed the ball between his legs, playing with you. "Take it from me. I dare you." You were looking forward to wiping that smug look off his face.

"I would, but that would make it too easy," you taunted back, smirking. Raph held his hands up to signal Leo to pass to him, but the leader was a little too preoccupied to notice.

"You say that, but we're currently winning." You grit your teeth. When you and Donnie had arrived at the park, the others were wearing their admittedly poor disguises consisting of hoodies and shorts. They seemed more than happy to have you join them—apparently they had no idea you even stopped by their lair. But with you being a pro, Leo made it his personal mission to challenge you. And you didn't back down from a challenge.

So you made the teams: you and Donnie vs all three of them. "Are you sure about that, (Y/n)? Donnie sucks at sports," Leo had said, bouncing the ball in his hands. Donnie narrowed his gaze angrily as you scoffed.

"I could beat all four of you easily, but I really want to have someone else I can gloat with." You threw an arm around Donnie as he rolled his eyes. You'd done your best to give him some tips on the way over, but you didn't assume it would be that simple. He'd just have to learn as he went—something he was no stranger to.

Before he left the lair, he switched out his battleshell for one that had 4 metal arms that could pop out of it, claiming it would help him on the court. You weren't sure how 4 extra limbs would make it easier on him, but his reliance on his tech was nothing new so you rolled with it assuming his genius brain knew something you didn't.

But now you were basically facing off against Leo alone since he felt cocky enough to hog the ball. Donnie did his best to guard Mikey, though it was clear Mikey was a little more agile than his brother—even with the extra arms.

"And Leo again refuses to do anything but taunt (Y/n)," Shelldon was narrating in a bored tone. "Do something already, dude!"

"Pass the ball!" Raph called, waving his arms. Leo smirked as he stepped back, shooting at the hoop from behind the 3-point line. It sunk. He did a little victory dance as you jogged over to grab the ball.

Donnie sent a glare at his brother before looking at you, his expression turning a little more nervous. "I'm trying to do what you said-"

"Don't worry about it, D. Regardless if we win, I want to see you get better." You set a kind hand on his shoulder, and he looked up at you with a newfound glow. "Now get out there, and just remember to breathe before you shoot the ball." You passed the ball to him and chased him down the court, your expression hardening. The only thing was: you weren't planning on losing.

Raph covered Donnie as you ran past the hoop, looking for an opening. With both Leo and Mikey on you, it wasn't exactly easy, but this was nothing new. Once the enemy team figured out how good you were, they sometimes had the guards cover you together.

"Go for the hoop!" you yelled, making Mikey turn towards Donnie. Leo kept his eyes on you with that same smug grin on his face, and you struggled to lose him as Donnie dribbled towards the basket. Raph stopped him quickly as Mikey stepped towards the pair to help, and you faked going right to throw Leo off, then dove left with your hands out. "Pass!" Donnie listened, but the pass wasn't as clean as you hoped. You scrambled to follow it, and Leo almost snatched it out of your grasp. You ducked past him, then stepped, dribbled, jumped, and shot. Nothing but net.
