Chapter 5.

I woke up to the smell of pancakes and bacon, I reached out to feel if anyone was there, when I couldn't grasp a person I sat up. "Randi, it was just a dream" I traced the scars on my thighs.

"What was a dream?" Austin Carlile walked into my bedroom, wearing my sweatpants and a slipknot shirt of mine.

I laughed, "I was just thinking that last night was a dream. I mean I didn't really expect for you to come prancing into my room wearing my clothes."

He smiled, "well I didn't expect to either, but you've got such larger clothes than your mother, and so much more comfortable." He snuggled beside me, "your mother is a hoot. I mean really, I knew you were a fan, but man she's opened you up to a serious Fangirl."

I blushed. "My mom will be the death of me." I looked down and began to cover my legs, embarrassed of the scars.

"I hope not." He grabbed my wrists and started kissing the cuts, then kissed the ones on my thighs. "You are beautiful. You don't need to do this."

I squirmed a little then gave in with a shrug, "I feel overwhelmed, and numb, and this is how I make sure I'm still alive. I walk through this earth as though I'm just a shadow. I don't know if I can handle it at times." I sigh, then here giggling down stairs, "we need to check that out." I got up and slid on some sweats then walked down the stairs to find my mom twirling her hair and gazing into Tino's eyes. I let out a laugh, and all attention was brought onto me.

"Well good morning sleeping beauty." My mother started making a plate for me. "Usually I'd be upset to find my house filled with unknown men, but these guys are so charming, I see why you get excited over them."

I hung my head in embarrassment. "Mom please, I look lame enough." I sat beside Aaron.

"You've been a fan for a while, I mean like through everything. Before me and Alan even." Aaron continued eating his scrambled eggs.

I blushed, "I've been there for you guys, like how your music has been there for me." I played with my food. I didn't feel like eating, I knew they were starting their huge tour tomorrow. Austin sat on the other side of me. "So we are allowed one writer/photographer of our choice to join us on tour, and well I didn't mean to be nosy, but you're great at writing, and I mean fantastic shots, especially of me." He winked.

I didn't understand what he was getting at, I continued to eat my food. He didn't speak after that. I finished and got up, "I'm going to shower, and we've got like two other bathrooms if you guys want to clean up. Can you get them some toothbrushes?" I hurried upstairs.
