And we've reached the end...The Herrscher Of Revolution. Originally it was called the Herrscher of Outcome but I changed it because i didn't really like the name all that much. Anyway as you guessed it, this is pretty much a copy of Excalibur Sonic from Sonic and The Black Knight. He has all the same abilities, the concept of an everlasting flame, and most importantly...THE HARDEST PART OF WRITING THIS BOOK. I HAD TO SOMEHOW HAVE THE FIGHT END THE SAME WAY SO IT COULD LEAD INTO CHAPTER 11 WHILE ALSO HAVING IT BE UNIQUE. you have no idea how hard it was to keep it close to the base fight between the Herrscher of Humanity and Corruptance. Also the Will of Honkai thing...it's like trying to mind control Vegeta. Simply put...you CAN'T. from what I've heard about DBSH's, Vegeta gains a form that is the result of someone trying to mind control him or enrage him with a malicious energy. But since he's already been mind controlled back in the Buu Saga by Babidi, he was able to overcome the influence and use the energy as he pleased...That's how it is here. Cake was mind controlled by Corruptance and broke free from her influence, then ascending to being a Herrscher and got control of his Herrscher state instantly because of Corruptance...ironic that she kinda helped him defeat her, isn't it?
I would have more concept art to show like the art for Ego's Hope or the Devil Bracer, but sadly the art got corrupted and I was unable to recover it...so I'll see everyone in Golden Sunrise!
