"I'd love to eat you, here, right now."
He was serious, his eyes were screaming that he was dead serious.
But I wanted to tease him, like he did me.So, I stood tall. Kept my head high and stared deep into eyes.
"Than what's stopping you Mr. Daksh Ahuja?"
My voice was as silent as his. It echoed through the deserted parking area. His eyes flickered to my eyes from my lips, then again my lips.
I slowly ran my tongue on my lower lips biting it eventually.A slow deep growl left his throat. His grip on my wrist tighten and he pulled me towards him by my waist.
"Do not provoke me Aarna, you will regret it letter."
I smirked slowly looking at his lips, he lowered his head. Our lips were inches apart.
I suddenly moved my lips to his ears. Slowly brushing my lips to his ears.
I felt him shivering at the touch and his hold on me loosed."Let's eat Italian today."
His froze in his place. I got out of his grip and moved towards the car. When I settled myself down he started moving towards car, in a few seconds he was in the car, tightening his seat belt.
"Italian you say. Let's eat Chinese."
I glared at him as he started the car.
After a few minutes of silence he spoke again."It's more spicy."
My face broke into a smile. I glance at him, he also had a huge smirk playing in his lips.We drove for mere 10 minutes and we were in front of a Italian restaurant.
"You said Chinese."
I turned towards him to fully face him.
He moved a little closer to be and flickered a finger at my nose."But you said Italian, right?"
A smile reached my face as soon as the words left his mouth. Our dinner was peaceful, full of giggles and laughter.
Reaching home it was past nine, so we get ready for bed. As soon as I hit the mattress I was out.
The shopping exhausted every bit of me.
The last thing I remember was the his hands engulfing me warmly to his chest.>>>>>>>>>>
"Are you busy?"
"I will talk later precious, love you."
Huffing slightly I put the phone beside me. He was way too busy.It had been a few weeks since we had our dinner date.
Life had been simple, he was busy in his office and I had been busy in my work.We were following a simple routine.
Morning we had our breakfast together then he buried himself in his office and I, in my work.He was always home at eight. Neither late nor early. Our dinner was home-cooked meals. I got to know the fact that he liked home made meals more than hotels and restaurants one.
Sundays were the day he clung to me like a koala. We spent our whole Sundays cuddling to each other, watching movies.
It was Thursday today. After cutting the call I was being bored as I didn't had any work to do.
The clock hit 12 and my head popped a idea to meet him.I ran to kitchen to make lunch for him. As I didn't had much time, I stuck to chole bhature.
When I finished, it was almost a quarter to one.
I hurried changed my salwar kameez to a simple anarkali and quickly moved towards my car.As it took only ten minutes to reach his office, it was quite easy and not much of a ride.
I parked my car and moved towards the company entrance.
The security man checked me up and down with his sharp eyes. After a few seconds he nodded for me to enter. As soon as I entered my eyes fell on the person standing straight to me.
Mr. Ahuja kept his phone on his pocket and stared deep into my eyes. I tighten my hold the straps of the bag I was carrying due to nervousness. He headed towards me, his long legs took only a few seconds for him to carry towards me.
As soon as he was in front on me, he indicated the person beside him to leave."Come with me. "
His deep voice sent shivers down my spine. I followed behind him like a lost puppy till I was in a office in 11th floor.
His office was neat and it showed his sincerity towards the work. His office was filled with paper, files and many many documents.
But there was not a single photo or memory of his family.
There were costly paintings in the walls, many prizes in the glass shelf. But not even a single photo of his wife and children.I sat myself on the leather sofa and waited for him to start the conversation.
My hands were tightly gripping my handbag and the carrybag."I will not beat around the bushes."
I lift my head to face him, he was leaning to his table, his hands were crossed on his chest giving him a intimidating look."I do not like you, you are not giving any outcome to Daksh. Nor the family."
His words pierced through my soul. What do he mean outcome.
And why is he saying these things right now."What do you mean."
My voice showed the confusion I held towards him."You... you are not the one I wanted to marry off to Daksh.
You are not enough for him. What do you do, you are a mere translator.
The girl I choosed for him was CEO of her own company. She was capable enough to stand beside him."My body was shivering after listening to his words. Not because I was afraid, because I was truly disgusted by him.
I was at loss of words, I didn't knew what to say to him."And as his father I want you out of his life. I've invested in him enough that he is the CEO of this company. And I don't want you to ruin it all."
My brain froze at his statement. He is Daksh's father. If he is his father how can he say this all with a straight face as if this all is nothing.
"How can y-. "
"I will talk to him, it hasn't been that long since your marriage. I'm sure you guys will talk this out.
A day after tomorrow I will send you the papers. Sign it, I will give you enough to get settle in France.
The divorce- ""Who said I will divorce him."
My voice was hard enough to make a teenager cry. I stood tall and stared straight to his black aged eyes.
It held no emotion, just a small string of surprise pass which was quick enough to vanish as soon as it appeared."You said you are his father, then why you were absent in his marriage. You said you were his father, than why do your children wanted to be so away from you that they changed their house just because you came home."
My brain was filled with many questions I wanted to ask him and Daksh. Questions that were complicated for a outsider. Questions that seemed way to serious to ask casually.
Suddenly the room felt chilly. The atmosphere was suffocating. His anger was radiant through his body.
"How dare yo- "
The wooden door brust open causing me to flinch. It was Daksh. His face say it all that he was beyond angry.
The father son duo stared at each other, one with hated and other with emptiness.
"Right timing, I was talking to her about the divor- "
A boom roared at the office, it was obvious that the whole building heard that.
I reopened my eyes and the scene in front of was horrifying.~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~
I apologize for the late upload, my phone got stolen and my laptop was not recovering the drafts.
No more excuses, it was my fault.
I sincerely apologize.
