•" Are you going to be okay? " asked San patting Wooyoung's head like he would pat a cat. Wooyoung nodded and kept his head hidden, this time refusing to let go of San, he wanted him in his arms so that he doesn't disappear. Mingi was starting to get anxious, they were taking a longer time than intended, and they had to feed themselves. " I'm going to start a fire and search for food nearby, please don't move or make any sort of noise " said Mingi taking his cape off and placing it on top of the horse, who laid next to his prince.
Mingi started collecting the wood near him and placed it all in one place, he started to try lighting up a fire. He sat on the ground trying his best for it to light up and start the fire until it did. " That would be nice, thanks Mingi " said San not really wanting to let him do the work, I mean sure he works for him but still. They were all equally exhausted and no one should be overworked. Yet Mingi volunteered to feed them because none of them said anything and it worried him.
" Don't worry San, I know your husband hasn't eaten anything since he woke up and you are probably worried. " said Mingi wiping his sword using the cape he placed on the horse, he needed a clean hit on any animal to feed them. " You didn't??? " exclaimed San raising Wooyoung's face to look at him, eyes wide opened. " No, I ate " replied Wooyoung as the last thing he remembered was eating off the tray that Jongho brought.
" No, you didn't complete it your highness I took your tray and it was full " said Mingi as he started walking a little further but not so far as he can't leave the crown prince alone. Yes he can protect himself but still they need upmost protection. Seonghwa strictly instructed Mingi that he should only mention that Wooyoung was eating his food, because Seonghwa knew that Wooyoung won't remember anything else.
" Probably, cause someone decided to avoid me that time " said Wooyoung rolling his eyes then placed his head back to where it belonged, in San's chest as he shivered from the coldness of the night. Wooyoung was only able to feel the weather after he lost San's embrace. " I'm sorryyy " said San pouting, he seriously did not mean to do so at all, he was just busy trying to protect him. " If you are sorry, do something I'm freezing " said Wooyoung shivering once more, he was not used to such a weather, after all the Viyivarian Empire was a hot land.
That made San visibly panic, he immediately took his cape off and placed it all over them, burying Wooyoung in it. He doesn't usually wear thick clothes as he was used to the cold weather but Wooyoung definitely didn't. " I will take you near the fire, okay? " asked San before he stood up lifting Wooyoung who clung to him as he walked near the fire Mingi started and sat near it. " Do you want to sit properly? " asked San making Wooyoung shake his head, there is no way he is going to let San off his arms. He doesn't want San away from him, this way he can guarantee his safety.
" CAPTAIN I SEE SMOKE " yelled Hoshi as he spotted the smoke coming from deep inside the forset, Hongjoong immediately looked up to check. Whom was dumb enough to start a fire in the middle of the forest, what if everything else burned down? " JONGHO, HOW CLOSE ARE WE? I CANT HEAR THEM " yelled Hongjoong as he was shocked how far they are and he wanted to calculate if that fire belongs to them.
" The problem is that the fire was hastily closed " said Jongho knowing well that Hongjoong will hear him, it made Hongjoong frown. He was not liking this at all, the reason of the fire being closed and belonging to the princes is not practicality a good sign. " We are getting close anyway, we have to prepare for impact " said Jongho as he started hearing sounds that clearly belonged to an animal or so.
