*Clay's POV* (Few weeks later)
I was sitting on the couch in my new living room. I stared blankly at the floor as I held onto my guitar pick necklace.

My dad made me get rid of my phone just in case the hunters somehow tracked it down.

So I had zero connection to the people I knew. Just like he said.

My dad also said he will get me a new phone soon but it won't be the same.

I used to get texts from a beautiful brunette every moment of the day.

But now I won't.

And I don't think I ever will.

I miss him so much.

I feel so empty. Like if I had lost the spark in life.

I've been spending more time outside recently. I've mapped out the whole area pretty quickly. And I already have a spot.

It's nothing too crazy. It's just a small cliff edge that has such an amazing view of the forest.

I walked through that forest when I was moving here. Every time I look at the endless trees, I know that just past that forest.. George was there.

Probably nose deep in a book, chilling in his spot where I first really met him.

It kinda pains me to know that he's so close yet so far.

I mean he was only a forest away.

I snap out of my thoughts to the sound of footsteps hitting against the new wooden floor.

My dad clears his throat as he comes around the corner, with a his laptop in hand. He sits himself down next to me as he placed the laptop on the small table in front of us. "Alright Clay since we're all settled in, it's time to in roll you into a new school", he says as he types.

I sigh.

I knew I would eventually go back to school but I didn't want to go. I was gonna be alone there. I was gonna be the random new student that decided to join mid year.

It wouldn't be the same without having...

"You're gonna be in this school", my dad tells me as he points at the school name. I slowly lift my head up.

Woodlen High School.

"But the thing is you're going to have to go under a different name just in case they come looking for us", my dad explains.

I inhaled deeply as I thought to myself.

"So what's your new name gonna be?", he asked.

There was a moment a silence between us before I finally spoke up.

"Dream..Dream Sparrow..", I said quietly.

Dream was self explanatory but the reason I chose Sparrow for my last name was because it was my mother's last name.

Iris Sparrow.

My dad gives me a light smile. "Your mother's last name huh", he said gently as he typed.

*George's POV*

Hey Clay,
You won't believe what happened! Nick finally asked out Karl. You owe me those ten bucks!

You know it's hasn't been the same since you left. I miss it when you would randomly come to my house.

I find myself waiting at my window, waiting for you to throw a pebble at it so I can let you come inside.
