Chapter 6: Graduation

Cindy's POV

Three months later....

"Good morning sleepyhead." I turned around and hugged my pillow harder but I felt strong tugs pulling it away.

"Leave. I wanna sleep more." I grunted.

"Common now, we will be late. Get up Cindy." I groaned even more but he pulled me up so I stared at him semi-angry.

"Fine. I'm up now." He laughed at me and pushed me to the bathroom and told me to shower before him.

"Yes yesss." I'm super irritated seriously, I was having a nice sleep. Oh, but what else to do, it's the graduation today and my aunt is coming as well. She got back a week ago just for today. Currently, she is in her condominium tho and we would just meet at the gym at the univ.

"Baby. Stop this pouting now." I just rolled my eyes and grunted at him.

"What? Hahahha. Cindyyy... I am warning you."

"Ugh! Fine, I will eat now..." I slowly cut a piece off the pancake.

"You always ruin my sleep." I murmured.

"I heard you baby." He chuckled. "Done?"

"Yeppp." I answered.

"Come on here." He wrapped me in his arms and I got a sniff of his perfume that always smells so nice.

"I'm sorry, okay? Tomorrow we can sleep in for as long as you want. Deal?"

I looked up and gave him a nod and a yes. He lowered his head and kissed me on my lips and I kissed him back.

"I love you, baby." He rested his forehead on mine.

"I love you too, baby." I smiled and kissed him again eagerly. After some good minutes, we broke away both panting and we both laughed. Then, we left for the graduation ceremony.

"Love to see you again Auntie Lisa." We hugged each other tightly.

"Oh, my goodness you've grown a lot taller."

"Hahaha not really Auntie, you look splendid today."

"My my, you look splendid too sweetie. Anyways, mind introducing me to this young man you're with?" She nudged me playfully and I laughed.

"Of course not, he is Dwayne my best friend..." I stood beside Dwayne and he wrapped his left arm on my waist.

"And her boyfriend too ma'am, it's my pleasure to finally meet you." He said and they happily shake hands.

"You never told me about him." Auntie joked and I chuckled.

"Not really because we rarely can talk, but let's get inside now." We entered the gym and Dwayne and I separated since the girls sit on the right and the boys on the left. Meanwhile, Auntie sat at the back along with the other guardians.

The graduation ceremony was finally over and Auntie went back to her condo to rest. Meanwhile, both me and Dwayne headed home.

Back at the apartment, Dwayne and I hungrily kissed right when we entered the door.

"You're so beautiful, Cindy..." He whispered on my earlobe as he licks it playfully well.

"Ughmmm... D-wayne..." My mind is so disoriented damn ugh...

He unzipped my dress as I unbuckled his belt. All our clothes fell right on the floor but we both didn't have any care. We spent the entire night making love with each other.

"I love you, Dwayne." That's the last thing I said before I dozed off to sleep.

"My body hurts and my head hurts damn it." Seating for a whole day now damn but still I couldn't find any job in the hospitals available.

"Baby, you alright?" "Hmmm? Yes baby. It's just tiring to look for a job." I answered.

"Why don't you get some rest, I will do that for you." He offered and I gladly took it.

"Do you still not want to work at the hospital that we did OJT on?"

"No, the pay is too small for a lot of work."

"Then why don't you try the hospital I'm working in rn?" I looked at him like he just said something crazy and shook my head.

"I don't want some drama because you get liked and crushed on easily so they will just make my head hurt hahahha." He just shrugged at me tho and started looking at my laptop.

Meanwhile, I started preparing some dinner and dessert while he is still on my laptop. "How about this one?"

"What is it?" I yelled from the kitchen.

"It says the Filco Enterprises has a new private hospital in the next city and it's now hiring 100 new nurses with or without experience. Training days are also paid... Hmmm, also the pay is decent. 8000$ per month." Dwayne said and my jaw literally dropped.
