CHAPTER X - UNEXPECTED
"Is everyone ready to board the plane?" It had been 5 days since I had last spoken to Sunghoon. We weren't ignoring each other, we just didn't get the time to talk to one another. "Oww." I rubbed my head in pain when I felt a bag hit me. I saw Wonyoung give me a dirty look before heading into the aeroplane. "Hey Sunghoonie, do you wanna sit next to me on the plane ride?" I heard her shout and saw Sunghoon wearing a black oversized jumper with beige trousers.
"Yeah, sure." He nodded and winked at me before following her and our classmates to the plane. I saw Minho and his friends trail behind him, they haven't been hanging out since the fight and I don't think they will ever make up for it which is why I'm scared that my last dare might be the worst one yet.
I entered the plane and sat at the back next to a girl who had already fallen asleep and had headphones in, with that I knew that this was going to be a nice plane ride. I then felt my phone buzz and I scrolled through my messages until I heard a camera shutter. The girl beside me was now awake and taking photos of herself and the view outside.
hoon<3: hey r u ok to be on ur own for this plane ride
You: ofc dw about me
hoon<3: k, don't forget to be dressed at midnight so we can go out
You: r u sure no one will see us, I don't want people finding out and hurting me about it
hoon<3: I promise no one will, were besties, pinky promise ;)
You: k, since when did u hang out with wonyoung btw
hoon<3: i dont rlly like her but her mum asked me to take care of her in her new school and i didn't want to be rude to her mum who gave me a global ambassador role
You: thats cool im happy for u
hoon<3: thnks i see u later and try not to be lonely without me sticking to u
You: im sure ill be fine hoon
I set my phone down and got ready to start flying. The plane was very big with TVs, a mini fridge, pillows, a blanket, books and lots more. I decided to order a croissant and juice to pair with my movie. As I was watching I noticed Wonyoung getting close to Sunghoon. I felt a sick feeling in my stomach, I can't be... jealous?
Sunghoon and I were just friends, nothing more. I shouldn't be feeling this, once the wishlist is over and I've done my last dare, I won't be associated with him anymore. "We'll be arriving at Jeju Island shortly." One of the plane staff announced and when we had finally landed and were outside of the airport my phone started to ring.
