Collins

"You can't do this," Aspen yells at me. I lock the clip into the gun and glance up at her before putting it on the bed. "Collins." She says. The bed is the only thing between us, and I know that she'd slap me if it wasn't. I only glance up at her before going to my knife. I slide it in between my boot and Alpha Killer jumpsuit.

"I'm doing what I do best." I tell her, placing another clip into another hand gun.

"He wasn't even and Alpha yet Collins," she says annoyed with me. "He's not responsible."

"Could've been before him." I say, my voice sharp.

"That's not his fault! You're punishing him!"

"I'm punishing the actual killer!" I scream. Her face was red and I'm sure mine is too. "They're having to watch as these people die! They know my father is dead and they sit back!"

"You can't do this." she says, her voice in a normal tone, she's trying to keep it normal but she can't. She shakes her head. "I can't support you anymore Collins, this isn't you. You're a monster now!"

"It runs in the family!" I scream at her. She shakes her head before walking out of the room, slamming the door.

I sigh. I was going to do this. This was the perfect opportunity and I was going through. I slip my belt on my waist and hang both guns in the holsters. Kinda like a cowboy but also like a ninja.

I slip my mask over my face, my eyes the only thing showing.

Alecia stirs inside my head but there's something different than usual. She's trying to force me back, she wants to take me over but of our course she can't, I can't shift yet.

It gives me a headache how hard she's pushing against me to get out. But I have to kill him. I have to kill him to fulfill my promise.

I open the door, taking a deep breath. I close it behind me as I follow the hall to the room I know he's in.

The wolfsbane I took before was wearing off as I walk down the hallway, and I itch my skin through my suit.

I'm stopped short when there's a pain in my chest. I lean against the wall and grab my chest and sink to the floor. I take off my mask trying to get more air into my lungs.

"Collins, honey it's time for bed."

"But mom-"

"No buts, it's time lets go." She said, carrying me to the room.

I lean forward, the pain pushing me to a horrible point.

"We'll be back soon." she kisses my forehead. "I love you."

"I love you more." I giggled.

"I love you most." She whispered.

"I love you grand." I finish. She smiles again and kisses my head one more time before going to the door.

"Goodnight Collins."

"Goodnight Mommy."

I'm lying on the floor, curled into a fetal position and shaking.

"We can't wake her."

"She deserves to know. They all do."

"Shes 8."

"They can't be left in the dark."

"Collins!" Someone shouts my name, but it sounds about one thousand miles away.
