At Stark Mansion, Zerah gets ready after sending the location to Kali. She chose a fancy dress to look good. When she's done, she heads out but she bumps into Kith. She was startled, not expecting the man to be at home this early.

"Where are you going?" Kith asked Zerah.

"Mall. Wanna come?" she answered.

Kith looked at her from head to toe, "Nah, have a meeting," Kith replied. He knows she lied.

Zerah just smiled and left. She knew Kith will not go with her and she did it to prevent suspicion.

After 2 hours, she arrived at her destination which is not the mall. She reserved a slot in a high-class restaurant.

On the other hand at the palace, Kali is back in the room. She's checking Khalil's mom.

Mrs. Brandt is looking at her with a subtle smile. Her son already told her that they are in a relationship.

Kali looks at her and smiled, "Your system is completely clean, Mrs. Bran-

"Call me Auntie," Mrs. Brandt interrupted.

Kali glanced at Khalil who is smiling at him. Mrs. Brandt holds her hand making her look at her.

"Thank you for helping us, dear," she said.

Kali smiled, "I'm glad that I can do this much to help one of my inspirations,"

What she said made Khalil confused. "She's your inspiration?" Khalil asked.

"Why? Can't I be one?" his Mom asked.

Khalil's eyes widened. "That's not what I meant!" he raised his hands.

His mom and Kali laughed at him. He gaped at them.

"You're teaming up against me?" he asked in amusement.

"Why are you questioning my inspiration? Not because I only met your Mom once, means she can't be an inspiration to me," Kali said smirking.

Kali just glance at her phone and turned it off.

"Who was it? Kith? " Khalil asked.

"Just a nuisance. Not important. Anyway, Auntie, I will make something that will help your legs recover fast, so you can walk again," She said dismissing the topic. Khalil finds it more suspicious.

Mrs. Brandt smiled, "Thank you, Kalina. Also, I'm sorry that my brother is after you because of us,"

Kali shakes her head, "There's no need to feel sorry, Auntie. You are not a stranger to me. Besides, the moment he got ill intentions toward me is enough reason for me to retaliate whatever he's planning against me," she said.

Mrs. Brandt can feel the seriousness of her words.

"If you may, dear, for the sake of my peace of mind, can I assign some bodyguards to keep you out of danger?" she asked sincerely.

"Auntie, there's no need. I promise you, I am safe. Your brother can not do anything to me," she said.

"But-

"She already has bodyguards, Mom," Khalil said.

"Really? That's great. Wait, what about this place? We should-

"Mom, chill. This place is full of highly trained guards," Khalil assured his mom.

Brianne nodded, "Oh, right, where is this place?" she asked.

Khalil turned to Kali, silently asking what to answer. Kali nodded.

"Mom, please be open-minded..." Khalil paused.
