Kali and Khalil entered the room hand in hand. Her aces chuckled seeing the half-naked Khalil. Kali made him sit in the chair next to her.

"Let's get this started. I know it is important that you have to come all the way here," Kali said.

Kith nodded and glanced at Khalil, "Is he a part of the team now to be here?"

"He's our King, so yes," it was Brye who answered.

"I see. Okay, I got a visit from a businessman named Brice Aaldenberg," he started.

Their reactions are telling Kith they knew the guy.

"So you knew him," he stated.

"What does he want from you?" Khalil asked. His demeanor is so serious that it makes Kith curious.

"Who is he?" Kith asked him.

"My Uncle. Now tell me, what does he want?"  Khalil answered.

Kith stared at him for a moment. "An alliance. He wanted the Stark Kingdom to back him up,"

"Back him up for what?" Zed asked.

"He said someone wants to take his company from him," Kith said.

"And what does it have to do with Elixir?" Brye asked.

Kali is just listening to them while thinking of some possibilities.

"That's what I wanted to ask Kali. He thinks Nigthwish is after his company," Kith stated.

Khalil clenched his fist and Kali held it to calm him.

"The company was never his, in the first place," Kali said and Kith frowned.

"A. Kingdom belongs to my mother," Khalil said.

"You're an Aaldenberg?" Kith was surprised and glanced at Kali who nodded in confirmation.

"Hmm, no wonder he didn't seek help from Brandt House," Kith said. "Wait, if the kingdom belongs to your mother, why does he have the reigns?" he added.

"He poisoned Aunt Brianne," Kali answered.

Kith nodded, "Sorry about that," he apologized thinking Khalil's mom was dead.

Khalil smiled thinly, "Ha~ Fortunately, Kali was able to help her and now she's awake and healthy,"

Kith nodded, "Then, I believe that's the reason why your uncle is searching for help,"

"Yes, though he doesn't know where she is and that she's fully recovered now," Kali said.

"I see. So, the reason he thinks the Empire is after his is that the two of you are in a relationship and you're helping him," Kith said analyzing the situation.

"That could be the case, but who knows? Maybe because he tried to harm her," Zed said making Kith's eyes grow wide.

"What did he do?" Kith asked darkly.

"Nothing that I couldn't handle. Anyway, what answer did you give him?" Kali asked going back to the topic.

"Well, I rejected his proposal. I told him that I didn't want to get involved in whatever feud he had with you, " he said.

"So, this could be the reason why he suddenly decided to go back and schedule an urgent meeting," Kali concluded.

"About that, our intel reported to me earlier that the meeting is the day after tomorrow. I already talked to the possible clients that if they don't want their companies to suffer, forget about buying the shares. And they promised they would not and they were warned not to say anything, but I still have eyes on them just in case," Zed informed her.
