"Ugh! How the hell will I know what it means?!" Khalil raked his head.
He's asking himself why he made such a deal.
"I will not give up," he mumbles and continues using every brain cell he has.
The following day, Khalil didn't go out of his room. He was so busy trying to figure out what Kali's words mean. On the other hand, Kali is fixing her things for her early departure.

It's in the middle of the night when Kali starts having a very weird dream. She's squirming in her sleep.
"Ahh~"
A moan escaped her mouth that causes her to wake up. Sitting up, her breath is ragged.
"What the fuck was that?" she asked wiping her face with her palms.
She closes her eyes to take a deep breath and then, her bell starts ringing along with some banging on her door. Tilting her head to check the time, she frowned. It's almost 3 in the morning only.
Standing up quietly, she reached out for her gun under her bed before heading to the door. Peeping at the small hole, she sighed seeing who disturbed her.
"Do you have-"
"Handsome but annoying," Khalil cuts in excitedly but he sucked his breath when he realized what Kali looks like at that moment.
Kali is looking disheveled. Her hair's a mess and only wearing her undies with an oversized shirt. He unconsciously licked his dry lips.
"Wha- What happened?" he asked.
Kali looked down at her clothes before answering, "Nightmare. What brings you here?" she asked.
Khalil remembered his reason, "I won. I'll see you later at 7 in the evening by the shore like the other night," he said in excitement but he only earned a bored blink from her.
Khalil sighed, "I know you're not expecting that I will decode that, but a deal is a deal. So, I'll see you later," he winked and left.
Kali just sighed, "Guess I need to finish the job early," she mumbled and closed her door.
Putting the gun on the table, she picked up her phone to call Zed.
"Zup?" Zed answered
"Send it now," she said and hung up.
After the call, Kali got ready and waited for the call from her pilot. She didn't dare to sleep again as there is a plane nearby. Getting the call, she left her hotel room and headed to the elevator. In Khalil's case, he is sleeping soundly after planning the date.

Kali arrived at her destination and started her mission right away. She needs to go back for her date. She chuckled, "Date," she mumbles while shaking her head.
"Okay, let's finish this," she uttered and aims for her target and in just seconds, the bullet hit its target.
She smirked but her face hardened as she felt someone's presence behind her. She didn't show any reaction but whoever that person tried to grab her, she suddenly turned and punched the person.
The person yelped and cradles his nose. Yes, it was a man. "Fuck," the man cursed.
On the other hand. Kali was unamused seeing who it was. "Why are you here?" she asked coldly.
"Not even a hello?" the man said.
Kali's demeanor didn't change making the man sigh and turned serious. "I just wanted to talk to you," he said.
"That's why you followed me here? Who told you-
"They didn't tell me. So, don't get mad at them," he cuts in.
Kali glanced at her watch, "Talk,"
"Damn, you're so harsh on me," he whined.
"Kith," Kali called in a warning tone.
Yes, it's Kith. This is the second time they see each other after everything. The first one was without the others' knowledge.
"Okay, can we go somewhere else first?" Kith asked.
"Just tell me what you want to say. I need to go back. My vacation is not yet done," she said.
Kith nodded, "She's better now,"
Kali understood what he meant, "That's good. I know what you wanted to say but let me tell you this. You don't have to feel guilty for what happened to us. It was both our decision,"
"But you do know that I truly love you-
"But you love her more and I completely understand. Besides, you were supposed to marry her. Look, think of this as your second chance to be with the one you were supposed to be with, in the first place," Kali said with a smile.
Kith knows that smile. "You're putting someone else first again rather than yourself,"
With that, Kali shifted her eyes for a moment before looking at him again. "I'm not. Believe it or not, I am putting myself first for the first time now, actually," she said confidently.
Kith smiled nodding, "Alright. I believe you,"
"Is that all? I really need to leave," she said.
"Why? Someone waiting?" Kith teased smiling. But his smile faded with Kali's answer.
"I have a date waiting for me," she said.
Kith is studying her face. It hurts him because he can tell that Kali is not lying. "Well then, see you?"
Kali smiled, "See you when I see you,"

Back at the resort, Khalil woke up feeling energized. He's like a teenager. He freshened up and called his brother to tell him the good news.
Klay is very happy for him. They also talked about his search for his brother and Khalil promise him that he will do everything to find Kim Jun Young. Klay's real name is Kim Young Jun before it was changed to Klay Brandt.
After the call, Khalil got ready for his date. He prepared everything like restaurant booking and more.
It was already time and Khalil is waiting for her by the shore. But time flies and there's no sign of her until it's already late.
Khalil can't deny the feeling that he's disappointed. He's looking forward to this moment. He wanted to know her more but he can't blame her.
"Maybe I was too fast to ask her out, I should have known," he uttered and sighed.
Many thoughts are swimming in his head. He is worried that something bad happened and that Kali didn't come.
Taking a deep breath, he decided to check Kali in her room. Je stands up and dusted his pants while turning around. He is looking downward that's why he didn't notice that someone is in front of him until he lifted his head.
"Oh, sorry-" he blanks out for a moment.
"Tua-eng!"
