"What if the doctor doesn't cooperate?" Wrath asked Vengeance.

"We will make her," he answered as he caresses the hair of the sleeping woman on the bed.

He leans forward and kisses her forehead. "You will be better soon, mom," he mumbles.

The spy arrived in The Netherlands and they brought Kali to their lair. They made sure that Kali is unconscious throughout the journey.

They took her to a room and locked her up for now. Then the man left to meet his boss.

"Where is she?" Wrath asked.

"Safe in the lair," the man answered.

"The serum?" Vengeance asked.

The man shook his head. "We didn't find it with her,"

"Fuck!" Vengeance huffed.

"I can go back to the lab to-

"No need. We got the doctor who was responsible for that serum. We will let her create a new one," Vengeance said.

After a moment, the man's phone starts ringing.

"Yes?" he answered.

He ended the call right after. "Sirs, she's awake,"

Vengeance and Wrath looked at each other.

When Kali woke up, she walks around and surveyed the room.

"O, je bent wakker,"

Someone spoke behind her. She turned around slowly.

"Wees niet bang, muffin," the man said.

Kali's look is far from afraid. She's just sporting her normal "I don't give a fuck" look.

She ignored the man and sat back on the bed.

"Jij!" the man marched towards her and grabbed her chin.

"You answer when I talk!" he yelled.

Kali just smirked and it maddens the man more and slapped her.

Kali pretended that she fell unconscious. She doesn't want to waste her energy on a non-significant being.

"Bitch," the man said before leaving the room.

"You want me to shoot that troll?" Zed asked through the earpiece that she put on when the man left.

"Chill. What's the stat?" she asked.

"Well, the bastard left after dropping you and I think he went to see his boss," he answered.

"How many?" she meant the people she needs to kill to get out of the place.

"A lot," Zed simpered.

"Exciting," she replied.

"Oh, I think the host arrives- You've got to be fucking kidding me," Zed said.

"Identify," she said.

She frowns when she doesn't get any response.

"Joker!" she whispered.

"Ah, yep. Identified. But-

Kali hid the earpiece when she heard people talking outside the room. They are arguing. Apparently, the doofus earlier told them what he did and got scolded.

The door opened and the spy gently wakes her up. She sits up and stared at the other person. He was around the same age as her father.

"Fuck," the man mumbled.
