" so , are you leaving again ?" I asked as i was adjusting my dress and he adjusted his suit as well ;" No , i have another plan actually " he said as he turned to me

" after tomorrow , in the morning , gather your stuff and Melody's , George , the man from earlier will come pick you up and take you to my private plane " he explained and i narrowed my eyes
;" why ? Where are we going ?"

" the states " he stated and i gulped , it had been years since last time i was there , and my last memories there weren't very pleasant ;" I figured it might be better if you two were with me , like that i wouldn't get so worried about you " he said

"And it's safer " he added as he caressed my chin with a little smile ;" are you sure about this ?" I asked and his smile dropped ;" no" he answered

I narrowed my eyebrows as i stared at him strangely ;" I'm not gonna lie to you , Eda , but i want you with me , your presence makes me stronger , it gives me power , a purpose " He stated as he stepped closer and brushed his nose against mine

"Okay" i murmured as i looked down with a little smile , his words effected my body and heart in a very strange way ; " how am i gonna convince grandma though ?" I questioned as i looked up at him

" you don't need to worry about her " he told me before he kissed my forehead and walked away to get his phone from the nightstand ; " wh-what do you mean ?" I asked him

" let's say she won't be a problem " he stated
;" you have to go before people start to wonder where you are , I can't be seen here yet , and you can't be seen with me " he said " just do as i say , i'll see you soon amor "

He kissed me deeply on the mouth leaving me breathless as i kissed him back , i pulled away and we smiled at each other as i began to walk away to the door , just when i was about to open the door , Chase spoke ;" Baby" I turned to look at him ; " yes ?"

" aren't you forgetting something?" He asked as he showed me my panties hanging in his finger . I gasped as i ran to grab it quickly and put it back on , all what Chase did was laughing at me

After the ceremony was over , Chase was already gone , he didn't come see Melody but he would see her the day after , hopefully

After we returned to the mansion , i put Melody to bed after i told her that we were traveling after tomorrow, she didn't question me and drifted to sleep

I told Cassy about everything i am going to do and all she did was wishing me a good luck , hoping that everything would go fine as she hugged me tight , telling me how much she was gonna miss me and Melody

When everyone was gone and it was only me and grandma in the living room , she poured herself a drink as she took her seat on the couch , her face directed to me ; " i assume you have spoken to him ?" She asked and i nodded

" and i assume you already know everything " i said to her and she hummed as she played with her glass of wine ;" of course i do " she answered and i nodded again with a respectful and grateful smile

In the next day , I didn't do much except packing my bags and Melody 's , I didn't know how long was Chase planning to keep us there so i made precautions to everything's we would need

I also went to my clinic and told my assistant to take a break too since I'd be gone for god knows how long , and i would call her when I'm back

Before going back to the mansion , I stopped by a store to buy all the things i would need for pregnancy , I shouldn't ignore taking care of this baby because of all what's going on
