" But i thought-" i started before getting cut by him ;" you thought what ? That i would let your friend go so she could tell your boyfriend where we are ? I don't think so " he stated as he laughed and turned to look at his men

Translation : [ keep an eye on them , shut the door and don't leave its sight , if anything happens I'll kill you two first ]

" behave yourselves ladies , and no one will get hurt " he turned to us again ;" yet" he added with an evil grin before leaving

The two men gave us a glare before they also left the room and shut the door , but they didn't lock it , so my guess was right

" oh my god oh my god what do we do ?" Cassy started panicking again as she ran her hands in her hair

I grabbed her wrists and dragged to the farthest corner in the room , far from the door ;" listen to me , i have a plan but i need you to calm down okay?" I said to her in a low tone

" you d-do?" She stumbled and i nodded before rolling up the sleeve of my jacket and showing her my apple watch ;" this is not the time to brag about your new watch Eda , we are in danger!" She said in an annoyed voice

" Chase can track me with this watch , it's linked to his phone " i told her again and formed an " O" with her mouth , an expression of relief was drawn on her face

After getting in the car and driving away to the city center , i pulled over and sat back , i looked at the hour and i still had about two hours for the deadline

I couldn't do it alone , not again

The last time I didn't tell Chase about something being plotted against him , it ended bad , and it could've been avoided if i had just told him

I was not gonna do the same mistake again

" Chase" i said after he answered my call ;" hey what's up ?" He asked and i gulped , he could sense the fear in my silence ;" Eda , what is it?" He asked again , serious this time

" it's Cassy , she's in danger " I sobbed as my tears fell down my cheeks ;" what ? What happened to Cassy ?" He asked again ;" Matteo , he took her , and asked me to deliver myself , if I didn't he will kill h-" I stuttered the words, and shivered at the thought of him hurting her

" Eda baby , just tell me where you are I'll meet you there " he demanded ;" i-i don't know i pulled over in the road , I'll s-send you my location " I hung up and initiated to send him the location

It didn't take more than twenty minutes for him to show up in his car behind mine , i got off and ran to him , he hugged me tight and caressed my hair ;" Shhh it's gonna be okay , we're gonna save Cassy , and kill that bastard " he comforted me

" But i still have t-to go i made a deal with h-him" i told him ;" No no Eda you're not gonna risk your life it's too dangerous , Matteo can't be trusted " he tried to argue but i shushed him

" I don't care Chase , i called you so you can figure out how to get us out of Matteo's hold not because i changed my mind about going" I stated , angrily ;" think about it , i could help you find him , this could be your chance to finally kill him " i added as i held his face
