Don't summon creepypastas, dummy

HIIIIIIII. I'm not gonna pretend I was never 14 and thought it was cool to try summoning creepypastas and stuff, but I'm an adult now and had to learn the hard way that it's stupid to do that. Creepypastas are FICTIONAL stories created by people for funsies. They're no different than those stupid chain emails that people spread around for fun like "Forward this to 21 people or die in a horrible accident tomorrow."

However, I personally do believe in the paranormal. I think it's more than possible for a random spirit to try to imitate a creepypasta to get you to allow them in. If you go around doing summoning rituals, don't you know that anything can come through? A demon, a ghost, whatever. What comes through might say it's a creepypasta but it isn't. It will never be, because creepypastas are fake.

Like I said, I was young and thought it was cool to do this stuff as well. Fortunately for me a psychopathic murderer didn't come through. A negative entity did though and it was almost just as bad. Those things aren't something you want to invite in. They worsen mental illnesses, can cause horrible sleep paralysis, lie to you, scratch you/bruise you, make you paranoid, make you hate yourself and want to die, cause sleeping issues, cause bad luck, give you crazy delusions, etc.

No spirit is gonna fall in love with you and make you the queen of Hell. You know how many people say they're dating the Devil? A ton, and they're all off their rocker. The spirits who make people believe these things have probably tormented thousands of people this way by now, you're no different if you think you're the child of the Devil or something.

Anyway, back to what I was saying earlier about summoning a negative entity. I'm fine now and that's all in the past but seriously, stop. Even if these summoning rituals did work, a creepypasta is not something you want to summon. I get it, you think they're hot and you think if you manage to summon them they'll think you're cute and spare you. Maybe they'll even slide you their number or make you a pRoXy. Ooh, or they'll kill your abusive family and take you in. I promise you that's not what's gonna happen. You'd get killed. Brutally, at that. How many creepypasta stories have you read where a cute girl or guy gets spared and nothing bad happens to them at all because the murderer wants to date them. 0. In nearly all the creepypasta stories where a cute person is involved they're either tortured or murdered. Or both!

Please grow up and seek psychiatric help if you suffer from a mental illness. I understand creepypasta can be comforting to those with mental disorders, like the people who like Toby's story because they have Tourette's as well. But the creepypasta community is not a healthy environment and you should not seek it out over therapy. I personally have tics (not Tourette's, just tics) and I adore Toby's story because of that similarity. Despite that, I also know that Toby's story was traumatic and most definitely not something anyone should want to happen to them.

Let me make this as simple as possible. You remember those two girls who nearly killed their friend for Slenderman? Or that girl who killed her stepmother for Laughing Jack? Guess what happened to them. Hint: They weren't made into creepypastas. Those girls are behind bars, not in the creepypasta mansion.

Grow up and recognize that this stuff is not reality and should not be treated as such. I write this book for fun. I like creepypasta stories and I think learning about them is cool. That's all this is. This is not one of those stupid journals that's like "UWU be careful not to read too much or you'll get involved too!"

I used to have one of those journals, worst mistake of my life. Jesus Christ, the crowd it attracted was something else. Half the time people read it on purpose and tried to get involved so they could feel special or try to catch the attention of a psychopathic murderer. They'd pretend they didn't want that and were just trying to be a good samaritan and help, but they weren't. Half the time they ended up being the absolute worst sort of friend anyway, they'd just try to use me as a way of feeling cool. I did make a few friends who were genuinely cool, some of which I've parted ways with, but most of them were lame. I do NOT miss the creepypasta experiencer era I went through, and I can't believe it's still such a prevalent thing. Let it die, guys. Let it die.

Trust me, I know what it's like to have negativity around me. It's not fun, it's not quirky, it's beyond draining and exhausting. It may seem like all fun and games until you get hurt. One way or another, you'll either get mentally or physically hurt by it all. Shit is not fun. Getting tricked, and having any type of negative thing around you isn't something to be proud of. You think liking a serial killer is fun? You think people fucking dying is funny? Grow the hell up and get some help. Please for the love of G O D just focus on yourself. Focus on helping yourself. Most of the fangirls on here are clearly underaged and oblivious.

When you're a kid you think you know what the world is like. You think you know what you're doing since you're already here, and you think you need an escape. You might use Quotev or the Creepypasta fandom as a way out of whatever toxic shit is going on in your life. And I'm sorry to break it to y'all, but it's not. This place isn't healthy. In fact, it's like a deep dark hole filled with nasty shit and lying. It's also a pretty difficult hole to get out of, because many younger people think looking up to creepypastas is a good thing for them. All you get, is lost.

At the end of the day, you get no where. You lose track of yourself. You start to feel like shit all the time. You feel like there's no future. You start to have no hope or direction. That's not something to take lightly. Your childhood should at least be filled with proud and fun memories. Building yourself during your childhood is super important. Taking care of yourself and stepping away from this shitty place is a huge step at getting better in the future. You'll appreciate it dude, thank me later. - Brinlee

In conclusion, stop with the "creepypasta experiencer" junk. I was lied to for over two years by creepypasta experiencers when I was younger and nothing good came of it. Not to mention they weren't experiencing creepypasta at all, they were just delusional little kids like I was at the time.

Believe nothing you don't see with your own two eyes. Even then, your eyes can play tricks on you easily. So please be careful and seek psychiatric help if you begin seeing or hearing things that aren't there. Bye.
