Canon Liu is not a killer, nor is he dead. However, since I do like Homicidal Liu, I'll cover his fanon story. All the information here can be found in various areas of the creator's Tumblr, not just the story.
Also, Homicidal Liu follows the 2011 Jeff fanon. Not the 2015 one which is the one I covered in Jeff's chapter.
Fanon Appearance/Info
The last time the creator updated Liu's age he was 24, but this hasn't been updated in awhile so I'm unsure of his current fanon age. Sully bases his age off how long he's been part of Liu which makes his birth the night Liu woke up in the hospital. He doesn't actually act that age though, his mental mindset is older.
Liu's appearance in Jeff's fanmade story is that of a brunette boy with green eyes. After Jeff attacked him, he was mostly the same other than having a bunch of stitches to close up his wounds. One thing I'd like to point out is that stitches aren't permanent, once the damage is healed they're either removed or they dissolve depending on what type of stitch they are. So despite the fanart of him covered in stitches, it's probable that those areas no longer contain stitches. He's more likely to have heavy scarring.
Another thing I'd like to point out is that Jeff only stabbed his brother in the abdomen, so he would only have stitches/scarring there. His face would appear completely normal. Despite that, the creator of the fanon story portrays him with a stitched face. I'm a little confused as to why but I'm inclined to believe it was just an artistic choice to distinguish him from some normal boy with brown hair and green eyes.
Lastly, I saw no mention of a black and white scarf so I am clueless as to where that came from.
Anyway! He was a protective older brother, taking the blame for Jeff when he hurt the kids picking on him and Liu. He went to a correctional facility before being released and visiting Jeff in the hospital after the burn incident. He was very supportive and kind to his brother despite Jeff being unable to speak. He talked to him and visited him constantly, and when Jeff's bandages were taken off, he tried to be supportive despite clearly being in horror at his brother's new face. Then, the night of Jeff's release, Liu woke up to a thud. He was then assaulted by Jeff who got on top of him and began stabbing his abdomen over and over again. He also reached into the stab wound and messed with Liu's organs. Liu's fanon story creator later adds that he did try to fight back and choke Jeff with a rosary, but it snapped. He passed out before waking up in the hospital, miraculously still alive. The nurse who was there when he woke up tried to get him to relax because he awoke in an understandable panic. He did begin to try calming down as she gripped him, but then she made the mistake of calling Jeff a psycho bastard, immediately setting Liu off. He sat up and eyed her tools which is when a voice in his head spoke and said "Kill her."
He did, grabbing scissors from her tray and jabbing them into her eye. He told her to shut up over and over as he stabbed her repeatedly until she fell over dead. The voice's next command was "Get out of here.", which he also did.
After he finished dressing and began to walk out, he stopped to say "You're so goddamn annoying... and my brother is not a bastard or a demon." to the dead woman.
The voice in his head went "I'd beg to differ but whatever.", and the story ends.
It's said later that after this he grabbed a couple of items from his old house and then burned it down.
Fanon Traits
He was a good-natured boy before his almost-murder. He made good grades, kept Jeff out of trouble, and loved art and poetry. Even after coming out of the correctional facility he maintained his kind demeanor. He was just as supportive of Jeff as he had been before.
Upon his near death experience, he seems to still love his brother and doesn't even appear to blame him for what happened. Hearing a nurse insult Jeff enraged him enough to murder her, which he didn't bat an eye at. He forgave his brother for what he did to him because he said he now knew how the will to kill felt. Since Sully makes Liu want to murder others, he's gained a new understanding for his brother and it took nearly no effort from him to forgive him and move past it.
Despite Liu having moved on, Sully doesn't seem to have forgiven Jeff. It should be noted that despite this, Sully doesn't hate Jeff, nor does he want to kill him. He does say he disowned Jeff as a brother, but due to his childishness it's implied that this is just an act to hide how he really feels. He fears Jeff at times and can get defensive over it. On top of being childish and defensive, he's described as sociopathic and psychopathic. Since these are both mental disorders, I don't quite feel comfortable describing him that way. I think a better way to put it is that he's very maniacal, merciless (almost), feral, and violent. He doesn't kill anyone Liu cares about to avoid upsetting him, but it seems anyone that doesn't fall under that category may be fair game. This includes Jane Arkensaw, who in this fanon story, Sully claims to have killed since she was dangerous.
Fanon Motive
Though many seem to think he intends to kill Jeff, or that he hates him, this is never stated. He still loves his brother and the only time he murdered anyone, it was because they'd insulted Jeff in front of him. He had no murderous intent until the nurse said that. I don't think he'd murder anyone unless they insulted Jeff, or maybe if Sully told him to since he doesn't seem to argue with what he says.
Fanon Method
He doesn't really seem to have a set method, he just does what his gut (or Sully) tells him to do.
Fanon Weapon(s)
He used scissors for his first murder but it's likely he'd use anything around him.
Fanon Liu Theories
I know this theory has been beat to death but I don't view Sully as a split personality, I view him completely as an entity that took up residence in Liu's body. Not a demon, but something. When Liu was trying to fight off Jeff, he tried to choke him with a rosary. However, it snapped. Rosaries can be used to protect against negative entities so I feel that when it broke it could have opened the door for whatever to come through. Liu was on the brink of death, his body would be easy to take over. Jeff is said to have reached his hands into Liu's stomach and messed with his organs, causing him to pass out until he later wakes in the hospital. However, I highly doubt anyone could survive such serious injuries for as long as Liu did. Logically speaking, the ambulance arriving, finding Liu, putting him in the ambulance, taking him to the hospital, and then giving him treatment had to have taken at least 10+ minutes from the time he passed out. His stomach was wide open, intestines out, bleeding severely. I don't think Liu survived out of sheer luck. My personal theory is something hopped into his body at the opportune moment, and using their own power, kept Liu in a stable enough condition to make it to the hospital for treatment. That way, the spirit could gain a new host and enact its will through them. I don't necessarily think this spirit is evil though. I think it's more than possible that Sully genuinely cares for Liu, and since he shares a body and mind with him, that could explain his inability to hate Jeff. He can insult him, but he can't hate him entirely because some of Liu's feelings influence his own. At least that's what I think. Overall, it just makes the most sense to me that Liu thinks he has DID when in reality Sully is a spirit inhabiting his body. At one point in a post by the creator they respond to a question as Liu. He states "Sometimes it feels like sharing a body with an entirely different person.", which is another reason I so strongly believe this.
(I have no theories or comments for this chapter since Ark already said what I was thinking. Smart biatch). - Brinlee
