Part 32: The Next Olympian

Adrian laughed as Daphane told them a joke. They say near the fire in the Slytherin common room. Adrian leaned back on his chair a d looked around the room absent-mindedly. He looked at all the higher years and all the kids hanging around in the common room. In the paradise of the slytherins.

He found a first year staring at him. He smiled at him but received no reaction just a move of his head back to his whatever the child was doing. Adrian turned back to his friends and saw Draco gesturing him to go somewhere. With that gesture, he got up with his books and exited the room, and up the dormatorty (spelling?) Stairs. Adrian got up with his bag as well and turned to his friends, "I'll go get changed" he said and followed after Draco.

He found Draco waiting before his door impatiently tapping his foot. "At last you are here." 

Adrian rolled his eyes. "it hasn't been that long you know. i just followed you up, maybe thirty seconds later. "

Draco sighed, "Whatever you say." 

Adrian took out his wand and tapped the doorknob twice. using some non verbal spell to unlock it. Both the boys entered the room and locked. Adrian kept his bag at his study table when Draco spoke. "Have you read the Greek mythology as Percy had asked?"

He had not read it, but Percy had transferred it all into his mind. Harry shook his head "Nope. Not yet. Though I will do it shortly. I was planning to do it tonight after the dinner. Why?"

His mind flicked back to Percy 's line don't trust anyone. That means anyone. Other than us. Since Kronos plans to takeover, there might be some powerful dark magic at work, like really dark magic.

"Just because I am not able to grasp it all. I have started reading The Greek History but some of its pages are too old to understand. Even from what I read there were some things that still weirded me out. That I would like to clear from Percy."

Adrian nodded. "Let's see for ourselves what your doubts are at first. Then we can consult Percy for whatever doubts we have." Adrian felt guilty for hiding this thing from his new found friend but what could he even do? afterall it was his dominant who has asked him to do it and all the creatures are loyal to each other every time so he had to obey him. 

Percy stood in front of the Argus 3 with Thalia  as they discussed the strategies for training of the hunters of Artemis and the campers together back in the camp.  he suddenly felt dizzy as if all the power had been drained from him. The feeling did not last long so no one else noticed it. 

Percy shook his head and fixed his hair, now again normal. he wondered if that dizzy feeling was because he hadn't had his mate's bood yet, or any blood at all. He wondered that how would he control his blood lust at this rate when a battle is coming at hand where as much as he disliked it, people would get injured,  there's no denying it, so there would be blood and blood everywhere. He was pulled out of his thoughts by Thalia's voice. " Why do you think that it would be a good idea to let the Hunters and Campers train together? The Hunters would tear them apart." 

Percy again shook his head "That is exactly the reason why we should train them together. In the real time situation they would need to fight together side by side. They all will need to learn to fight together side by side if they want to survive. They all need tolerance, patience and self control. I say that you try to convince then and I will convince the boys to stay in their limits and not cross the lines."

Thalia nodded," I think that we can work with that."

Percy's mind flicked back to when he had gained hos domains.

Percy had been sleeping when he had met the three old women called the Fates. Percy bowed to them, "Lady Fates" no matter what he did not want to piss of any of the fates if he wanted to live a normal life, or as normal life as a demigod or now a God could have.

"Rise Perseus." They all said together, their voices laced with unimaginable, immense power Percy straightened again and looked at them. This time they were old but not that old as he had seen them at that time when he was eleven.  "You are now aware of the fact that you are a God now. Are you not?" Percy nodded "Yes my ladies." "Good. Now we are here to give you your domains." One of the Fates stepped forward and placed her hand on his head. "Your domains as decided by us are very important." All three of them started to speak together after that.

"We the Fates, confer upon Perseus Achillis Jackson the domain of Time and Earth, they shall have a full command in the domain of Heroes and loyalty. The control of all fresh waters shall lie with him. We allow them to keep the powers of demigod in them. We together announce them as the next Olympian."

Wow. A new chapter in so long. Now I got the time.

This chapter was pretty long as compared to others, am I right?
