The next day, Faust woke up late. He walked around, trying to find his friends, but he could only find Colt, panicking slightly.
Faust approached him. "Yo.. what's wrong?"
Colt shook his head. "Pakki's... Gone..."
Faust looked at him for a moment. "What- what do you mean gone?"
Colt looked back, clearly panicked. "I mean he's disappeared without a trace! I've been trying to find him for the last few hours... He didn't even go back to his room yesterday!"
Faust thought for a moment. "Shit... I'll help you find him. Let's split up."

Faust went to the bookstore first since that's where Pakki would be found usually.
Andros looked at him. "Oh, hello!.."
Faust looked around, his friend nowhere to be found. "Hey... ...You don't happen to know where Pakki is, do you?"
Andros narrowed his eyes, recalling last night's happenings. "I do, actually... He said he was going to an island not far from here. Called... Minityrsa. Apparently the Ministry has a base there..."
Faust glared at him. "Minityrsa?! Where's that?!"
Andros looked through his books before pulling out a map. "Here... You can use this, just return them in one piece."
Faust grabbed onto the map, before Andros continued. "...And by them, I mean the map and Pakki."
Faust nodded. "You got it."
He ran outside. "COLT! I KNOW WHERE HE IS!"
Colt ran back to Faust. "Where?!"
Faust showed him the map. "Minityrsa. I'll guide you there."
They hurried down to the docks, only to see it filled to the brim with boats. One of the spaces was taken up by a massive iron monster of a boat.
They approached the workers.
"Hey, we need to get a boat, and fast!"
Colt said.
"I'd love to help, but I can't... That guy is taking up all the space." One of them replied.
As Colt tried to think of something, Faust pushed on next to him, jumping atop the boat.
A summer company member glared at him. "Hey, what the hell do you think you're doing?!" He reached for his gun. "Goddamn union... Always causing trou--"
Faust took his greatsword and with an upper swing sent him straight into the water. "Out of the way!"

Faust started the ship, heading to Minityrsa immediately. He and Colt were both worried, just imagining what could happen to their friend.
As they finally arrived at the frozen island, they stopped the ship, jumping off and firing lightnings and blinding flames into the air respectively.
There would be no response, however. They frantically searched the island, stumbling upon Pat once more.
"What... Are you guys doing here?" Pat asked.
"Pakki's gone - to this island apparently, have you seen him...?!" Colt asked.
"Pakki?... Yeah... Around the Ministry's base. Just-- Go that way on the side." Pat replied.
"Thanks..." Colt said as as he ran towards the direction. "So it really is the worst case scenario... He's trying to take on the Ministry all by himself."
"We're gonna save him." Faust reassured Colt as they went to the outpost.

As they scoped out Outpost Antumbra, they saw Pakki walk out of it. No scratches on him, no one attacking him and he didn't attack anyone either. On him was a Prophet's Cloak, instead of his usual Megalodaunt Coat.
Colt repressed his emotions until Pakki got out of the guards' hearing and seeing range.
Colt then grabbed his spear rushing at him, teary eyed. "What the hell do you think you're doing?!"
Pakki, in a split second, pulled out his katana, blocking the spear. "You weren't supposed to find me..."
Colt glared into his only remaining eye. "Please tell me this is some kind of sick joke... ....Why would you join them?!"
Pakki held his katana in place firmly. "...I needed power. They were able to provide that--"
Colt had a few tears roll down his face, pushing the spear harder. "What about Gwen?!--"
Pakki seemingly let Colt push his katana back somewhat. "Don't talk about her..." He closed his eye.
Colt clenched his teeth. "Why?!- We're not divers, not soldiers... Don't command me to--"
Pakki teared up. "PLEASE. Don't talk about her... Just know... If she were here - she'd agree with what I'm doing."
Colt suddenly broke the blade lock, pulling his spear back before stabbing it at Pakki. "Bullshit! She would've never agreed to something like this!"
Pakki stepped back, parrying the stab.
Colt stabbed at him again, to which Pakki sidestepped, cutting him with the false edge of the katana.
Colt stumbled back, looking at Pakki before rushing at him with a stab, taking him by surprise.
The Canor, out of reaction slashed at Colt with the katana.

The result of the two attacks were miles apart. Pakki cut Colt's shoulder, while Colt slashed Pakki's necklace off.
Pakki took a few steps back, channeling dark energy. "I never wanted to hurt you guys..."
Before either Faust or Colt could react, Pakki teleported away.
