Mostly because it's not a he that I like

Because I'm the type of girl that wants to end up with a wife

I want to be open with you, but what if you don't think it's okay?

I've tried to tell you many times but I just decide to wait one more day

Because what if tell me that it isn't right?

Last time I told someone, we had a huge fight,

And I never talked to them ever again...

I just don't want to lose you, you're such a great friend.

But have you seen that girl, she's beautiful.

Next to her, even the sun looks dull.

She lights the world around her like a star,

But I just wait and admire from afar.

And yesterday I heard the absolute greatest news.

She's bisexual, she likes both girls like me, and guys like you.

I think that means I might just have a chance,

But I don't know if she is worth losing you as a friend.

Because what if you tell me I'm going to hell?

What if you go to my parents, what if you tell?

But I want you to know, so I hope Fate will cut me some slack.

Hey! So, I know I was pretty confusing in the author's note that was last chapter.
(If you've already entered, these won't necessarily need to apply but still...)
So, here are the rules and outline of the contest:
1) Nothing inappropriate. Nothing that would be rated M or R for sexual content, I don't mind violence or cussing. Basically, no sex scenes.
2) No concrete rules about fiction or non-fiction, but I don't really want to see any non-fiction short stories. Gotta see some creativity here, people, or you can't/won't win. Non-fiction is totally okay for poems though.
3) Can't be a whole novel or anything, short story or poem (not like Beowulf though) length is good. Single chapters also work pretty well, depending on length. Multiple chapter short stores are always fine, don't worry about that.
4) Type of entry is your choice, I have decided to allow fanfiction, but I still well be judging by how well it is written and possibly how good the plot is, so please try to be original at least a tiny bit?
5) I know I'm forgetting something.
6) Look, I am deciding who wins. There's not multiple judges or voting or anything. I will read every piece and decide who's writing I like the look of, and of course if I think I can write I with you, and honestly if you're rude I won't want to work with you. So I won't.
7) Due date and date I pick/announce the winner aren't decided yet. But I'm really busy with school ending and finals and all, and then I'm working at the carnival, and I'm the captain of the junior firefighters, and there is so much stress so I really don't have much time right now. Sorry. When I figure it out, I'll tell you.

Now look. I want to put all the entries together into one collection and that way they are available for anyone in the site. However, I need your permission and I want to know if you actually want that. Obviously, you will be given credit and all, the only issue is if you will allow me to or not.
So what do you think about that idea? I might do this again, you never know, and it would go around the same way sorta. Maybe I would let y'all vote next time.
Also, whoever wins, I am going to write something with them. Could be a poem, short story, whatever. But I'll let you figure out what you generally want to do, and then you can tell me. I'm pretty flexible about that. However, I'm not going to go off and write about vampires or fanfiction or something I simply don't write. Well, fanfiction is a maybe but it has to be something I watch/read. Which isn't as much as I wish it could be.
