Look at me now,
I'm sobbing on the ground.
I wasn't strong enough,
I'm slowly giving up.Drag the blade across my skin,
I'm finally giving in.
Skip a meal, eat a bite less.
There's no way they'll ever notice.I'm breaking, and I can't be,
Just held together.
Just look right now, look at me,
Soon I'll be light as a feather. The blood falls and hits the ground,
Like my tears, splashing down.
Curled up in a ball in my bed,
Silently wishing to be dead.I'm breaking, and I can't be,
Put back together.
Just look right now, look at me,
Soon I'll be light as a feather. There's cuts on my wrists,
And there's cuts on my thighs.
If you cared enough for me to be missed,
You would've seen and realized.I guess you wouldn't care.
If I just disappeared.
This self hatred is too much to bear,
I can't even look in a mirror.I'm broken. And I can't ever be,
Put back together.
This might be your last chance to look at me,
I'm finally just as light as a feather.Bleeding out, on the ground.
Soon my body will be found.
I was so done, I just wanted to leave.
And nobody cared enough to stop me.I wish you would've stopped me.
Was that a depressing poem instead of the one I'm supposed to be writing for English class? You know what, i think it was, oops. I guess my fingers must of slipped.
