Chapter 3: Azur Lane Infiltration

Outskirts of Azur Lane Base
Stuart POV

Me and Ayanami approaching the base, but I'm using my ship to enter the port since my ship belongs to the Eagle Union so I can enter the base without any problems. I enter the room where Ayanami is putting on her cloak.

Stuart: "We're entering the port of Azur Lane; so far they didn't expect anything from me."

Ayanami: "What did you tell them?"

Stuart: "Just your average destroyer been deploy to protect the base from any Siren threats which they check me out and also telling my name which is USS Stuart."

She nod and ready to do the work. We finally reach the port and the manjuus are waiting to get the weapons which I tell them that it wasn't necessary since there are indeed Sakura Empire weapons on board. Ayanami got off the ship once everyone isn't looking at the ship and we went our separate ways so we can gather information faster. By the way I'm wearing my Eagle Union outfit to disguise myself and hide my falcon traits so they don't expect anything except my feathers that is falling off. I look around the base and see there are no defense around the perimeter  so a surprise attack will be easy as long they don't expect something. I continue to explore the base and notice a bunch of Eagle Union kansens including some of the Royal Navy ships so looks like the base is setting up shop which is great for the attack, but I stop my track when someone notice me.

???: "Hey you."

I turn around to see a woman with red coat with some cape thingy on her should. I notice her as Prince of Wales and with her is a tomboyish girl named Cleveland from the Eagle Union. They notice me.

Stuart(sweating): "Yes."

PW: "I don't recognize you from the port; are you new here?"

Stuart: "I just got here and my name is USS Stuart."

PW: "Eagle Union?"

Cleveland: "I know the name of USS Stuart, but I thought that he will be arriving later with Enterprise."

Stuart(sweating): "Lady Enterprise want me to move ahead of her. You know how she is."

Cleveland nod and heading out while I break of relief, but I didn't notice that there was another Stuart in this world which means my replacement after I was capture by Japan so he exist in this world as well. I notice Ayanami bypassing the other two and I give her the report.

Ayanami: "Any report?"

Stuart: "Yes looks like everyone is gathering here from Eagle Union to Royal Navy. I also learn that Enterprise is coming here as well along with another Stuart."

Ayanami(shock): "Another you?"

I nod which means that we bought some time before the main attack will be arriving so we continue to do our search.

Meanwhile
Azur Lane HQ
Commander Shepard POV

I was writing my report while waiting for reinforcements from the Royal Navy and I learn that Enterprise will be arriving along with USS Stuart. I sip on my tea until my door was open to reveal Prince of Wales, Illustrious, Unicorn, and Cleveland which I'm glad to see them.

Shepard: "Lady Illustrious and Unicorn; how is your trip?"

Illustrious(happy): "It was pleasant thank you."

I pet Unicorn on the head which she was happy, but she is missing her unicorn so she went out to find her while I discuss the situation with the girls.

Shepard: "Is the Royal Navy main fleet coming this way?"

Illustrious: "That's correct Commander."

Shepard: "Good and now we got USS Stuart and Enterprise heading this direction."

PW: "Actually USS Stuart is here already."

Shepard(confuse): "Really? I thought he would contact me if he and Enterprise get closer to Azur Lane."

Everyone was confuse until a phone is ringing which he answer it.

Shepard: "Commander Shepard here."

???: "Commander Shepard; this is USS Stuart. Me and Lady Enterprise will be there within 10 minutes."

I was shock to hear USS Stuart on the other side of the line, but if he's with Enterprise then who was the person that Prince of Wales is talking too. I don't like it so I confirm it and hang up.

PW(confuse): "Something wrong Commander?"

Shepard: "You say that you talk with USS Stuart right?"

The girls nod and I told them that I got a call from himself and be here within 10 minutes which the girls are shock.

Meanwhile
Port, Azur Lane
IJN Stuart POV

I continue to gather information and learn that the main fleet of the Royal Navy will be here soon while Enterprise is heading this which they are confuse of why I'm here which I repeat my answer, but looks like our time is running out. I continue to investigate until I notice a red paper plane heading to the alleyway which I follow it which that belongs to Akagi. I talk with Akagi in the alleyway.

Akagi(radio): "What you have for me?"

Stuart: "The base is defenseless. The main Royal Navy will be here soon and Enterprise will be here as well. Time is against us so if we want to attack then the time is now."

Akagi: "Thank you for the information and Kaga is contacting with Ayanami so better prepare yourself for war."

I nod and I can see a large formation of jet fighters passing by and dropping bombs on the port while I wait for the chance to commence strike.

Meanwhile
Azur Lane HQ
Commander Shepard POV  

We can hear explosion outside which cause us to look outside and notice Siren fighters and ships attacking the port. This is the worst case so I order everyone to defend the port at all cost.

Shepard: "EVERYONE DEFEND THE PORT!"

The girls nod while I stare outside. Why are the Sirens attacking us now? I hope Enterprise and USS Stuart arrive here and I need someone to find me the imposter that is going around the base. I decide to head out and fight off the Sirens before the base get destroyed.
