Chapter 12 - Who Will I Choose?
*DING-DONG*
I heard the doorbell ring and I rolled over, tired. I sighed and got out of bed. I looked to the side and my clock read 9pm. Who would come at this time? Slowly, I made my way down the stairs but only to hear Andrew answering the door. I took a peek and instantly I felt frozen in my spot. What is he doing here?
"Hey bro... wassup?" Geeze, Andrew doesn't even know Tyler, why did he answer the door?
"Hello, I'm here to see Amanda." Oh please don't let him come in!
"Who are you?" I could hear the confusion in Andrew's voice.
"Tyler."
"So, you're Tyler? The boy that made my baby sis sad." Andrew said meanly.
His "baby sis"? Wow. How old does he think I am?
"...yeah." Tyler replied.
"Why are you here?"
"To see Amanda!"
I saw him try to look around Andrew's shoulder, so I quickly ducked behind the corner. Before I turned away though, I saw him holding something in his hand. I wonder what it is...
"Get out." Andrew spoke, his teeth clearly clenched.
I flinched from the tone of his voice. Why is he being this mean to Tyler? It's not like he ever knew what was going on between us, or did he? I looked over the corner as I saw Andrew still in his pissed-off position, while Tyler looked evenly mad.
"Didn't you hear me? I said 'Get out.'"
Andrew slammed the door in Tyler's face, clearly remembering that Tyler was never inside. I witnessed as he shook his head and turned away. I decided that it was time I showed that I was here hiding and listening the whole time.
"Andrew?"
He turned around, shocked for a moment, probably not knowing I was here.
"Yeah?"
"Thanks."
"No problem."
"But why do you care? You're always on Alyssa's side!"
"Amanda, it doesn't matter if I'm always on Alyssa's side or not. I care because I'm your brother. I will always be there for you because you're my sister."
Andrew gave me a sad smile before I watched him go up the steps. I turned around and decided to watch some TV. As I flipped through the channels, I kept on wondering how Andrew knew about Tyler, even though I never told him. The only person I told was Anthony, but I'm glad that Andrew knew what Tyler did otherwise I would've been screwed. I turned off the TV quickly realizing that there is no good shows to watch at this time. I slowly walked up the stairs feeling tired and I quickly fell asleep.

I woke up the next morning and got ready for school. I walked out the door and almost stepped on something that was on the porch. I looked down and saw a light brown teddy bear holding a heart-shaped cushion with the words 'I'm Sorry' written on it, with white cursive writing. I picked it up and continued on my way to school.
"Hey Amanda!" Kyle greeted me.
"Hey Kyle!"
I smiled but then noticed that Kyle was looking at something that I was holding in my hand. I looked down and then remembered that I was still holding the teddy bear that I suspect Tyler was supposed to give me to last night, but instead left it on my porch. I smiled at the thought - he was so sweet! Who would apologize by giving a stuffed teddy bear? It's so cute!
"I--uhh--who gave that to you?"
I blinked rapidly as Kyle asked me that question, instantly bringing me back to reality and out of my day dream. I looked up to see that Kyle had really sad eyes. Did he notice?
"I--uhh--umm--I--" Could I really tell him the truth? I swallowed hard and was about to speak when Kyle started talking.
"If it's Tyler, then that's okay."
"No, I umm--"
"No Amanda, I support your decision 100%. If it's him and you choose him instead of me, I understand and will be your friend instead if you want."
I don't know what to say! Kyle's equally cute and way more loving and caring. But Tyler is my first love. Who will I choose?

Sorry I didn't have time to edit! We will post the next chapter with in 1 or 2 weeks cuz we have band tour and other stuff! Hope this is long enough... xD
