Sunday morning, Seungwan thought she'll be in peace today.. But that wasn't the case, since her kids just rushed in giggling and jumping over the bed

"K-Kids, calm down.. I just woke up~"

"Momma's making bweakfast that's why we came hewe" The youngest, 5-year old Gaeul smiled cheekily while squishing her mom's cheeks while the oldest, 7-year old Minjeong was fixing up the pillows and blankets

"Alright, I'll head down in a second hmm? Just let me wash up"

The toddlers jumped off and ran back to their momma, Seungwan scratches her nape and went into the bathroom for a quick shower

"Is she awake?"

"Mhmm, she looks gwumpy though" Gaeul pouts, eyes glistening with tears making Y/n kiss her forehead and continued cooking whilst Minjeong wiped her lil sister's tears

"Aigoo, let your Mom be.. She's just stressed with work but she loves us, hm?"

The kids nodded, sitting on their chairs with cushions under their butts finally eating their breakfasts while Seungwan comes down already fixing her shirt up

"Hey, love"

"Morning" Seungwan reaches to Y/n and left a soft kiss on her cheek, arm around her waist. She also gave her kids a gentle peck before sitting at the end of the table with Y/n at the other end

"Mom! I-I got 20 stars yesterday~"

"Really? What a good girl, hmm??" Seungwan smiles thinly at Minjeong, making the latter frown and look over Y/n who muttered an apology

"C-Can we watch my pway this week? Sonsaengnim says we should watch-"

"Mom's busy for the week, I'll make it up-" Y/n sighs from her wife's reply to Gaeul, placing her chopsticks down to fix the girls' bags which left Seungwan puzzled and quite of annoyed

"Girls, come.. The bus is here"

"Bye Momma!" As the girls left, Y/n finally turned to her wife with an angered look which shook Wendy to the core

"Did you hear yourself? Are you just gonna ditch your daughter's play?! She was so excited to tell you she's the lead star but you just-"

"I-I'm sorry! It's just that the investors-"

"I don't want to hear it, I think we should take a break from this.. This has gone way too long" Seungwan was pushed outside the porch, door slammed onto her face hearing light sniffles on the other side

"I-I.. I'm s-sorry.. Open up, please?"

"Go away" Wendy just nods and went off to work, finishing the papers for the whole day and did all of her meetings in one go which ended to her being extremely exhausted and she was done by midnight

"Boss, you alright?"

"Mhmm, i just need some time off" The R&D specialist and Seungwan's right hand, Son Chaeyoung took the clipboard from her and scanned the contents

"Well, you've just done everything for the year.. I'll let the board know you'll need a time off so we'll handle everything from there, I'm pretty sure home's a mess?"

"Y-Yeah, your wife's sister got mad at me and the kids are upset, just let me know if anything happens" Chaeyoung bows and went off to do her duties with Mina while Seungwan packs her things up before heading home, and on her way she picked up some scented candles, massage oils and chocolates for her wife then some plushies for the kids
