Chapter 14 - The Surprise

Sora's POV

I look over after a wonderful morning and see my sweet Melody asleep again. So I decide to get up. I got dressed in my usual band tee and skinny jeans I walk down stairs to the kitchen and begin making breakfast. When it's all finished I hear light foot steps coming down the stairs and I look up and see a beautiful Melody wrapped in my Black Veil Brides shirt. I smile and start setting plates and utensils on the table and bring the food, which includes bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and sausage.

"Here's a breakfast fit for a princess my dear" I walk over and pull out a chair and gesture for her to sit. She shakes her head and bolts upstairs. I follow her and I hear the bathroom door slam.

"Baby, what's wrong?" I ask through the door when I hear the click indicating she locked it.

"N-nothing." She replies in between sobs.

"Baby let me in." I hear the lock click and it slide open a little. I walk in and see her balling and a razor in her hand. I look in the trash can and see a pregnancy test and it read positive. "Baby, is this why you are so upset?" I ask as I pick it up. She nods her head. I take the razor and flush it down the toilet. "Well I'm happy. You just gotta stop that." I say as I point at her wrist which has fresh cuts. I notice they aren't deep but they are sorta bleeding. I walk over and kiss them. "My princess needs to have a matching prince." I say as I walk out of the bathroom.

"Babe, I don't need a matching prince" She says and start sobbing. I walk into our room and grab my hidden razor and bolt to the bathroom. I begin I counted how many she had and did that exact amount. My vision begins to blur and everything goes black. "Babe! No!" I hear Melody scream as I pass out.

*3 hours later*

Melody's POV

I feel so bad. He lost so much blood because of me. As I sit here next to him, I look at his very pale face and just cry. The only noises in the room are my cries and the heart monitor which is very faint. "Please stay alive my sweet prince. I need you." I cry. I look down at his wrists and see how deep they are. Each one deeper then the next. The doctors are going to see this as a attempted suicide. I begin to text Andy.

M- Hey Andy...

A- What's wrong beautiful?

M- It's Sora.. He found my scars that I told you about. And he told me that he had to match his princess... So he cut and now he's in the hospital because of lose of too much blood.... He is still unconscious...

A- Oh sweetheart. I'm so sorry. Does he know about you being pregnant?

M- Yeah. He found the test in the trash. He told me he was happy about it.

A- Well that's great. Hun, I have to get back to Juilet. But I'll be up there later to see how you both are doing.

M- Okay.. See you then..

Andy's POV

I hope they are okay.

"Who was that Andy?" Juilet asks as I put my phone on the side table upside down.

"It was Melody. She told me that Sora is in the hospital." I reply and I get up and go get my keys and my leather vest that says Prophet across the back. I pick up my phone and head out the door. I get in my car and drive off to the only hospital within the two cities.

"Sora Mackenzie. What room?" I ask the desk clerk. And she points. I walk in that direction and hear a sobbing Melody. I start to run to the room. I see her and walk to her and wrap my arms around her.

"It's going to be okay."I say in a comforting tone. She looks up at me and smiles.

"Andy." She says in a hushed tone. I smile and feel my cheeks get a little warm. Her voice is so sweet and soft. No. I can't fall in love with her. I have Juliet. She has Sora. We won't ever have that chance. Out of the corner of my eye, I see that she is asleep. I kiss her forehead and just hold her. "Goodnight my beautiful killjoy." I whisper into her ear. I smile and begin to drift off to sleep.
