Chapter 12 - The Concert

Melody's POV

As we pulled up Andy got out of the car and walked around and opened my door for me. I got out and thanked him then hugged him. As we walked closer to the what seems to be a stage I see Sora and smile. I release my arm from Andy's and run to Sora.
"I've missed you." I say as he spins me around. I look into his eyes and noticed that there isn't any expression on his face, not even the normal sparkle in his eyes. "Sora, what's going on?" I ask with worry in my voice.
"Nothing, my wonderful wife." Sora replies as he smiles.
As he says this Black Veil Brides comes on the make shift stage and start with The Mortician's Daughter. One of my favorite songs. Then they go to In The End, them Savior.
"This is the song I have chosen for you two love birds. Here's Rebel Love Song!" Andy screams into the mic. I look at Sora and see no expression. I wonder what's going on with him.
"Finally song. Come on guys let's give them a huge finale." Andy says the the rest of the band as the first few chords of Savior comes on and I begin to cry. I feel a warm hand on my cheek wiping away the tears. I look over and see Sora on one knee.
"Melody Rayne Black, I chose this song for the last one because of how much it means to you. This was the song that I caught you cutting to. The song that played when you saved my life and I saved yours. The song that has kept you going. Without that song we wouldn't be here right now. So it is perfect for this particular moment. Melody, will you marry me?" Sora asks as I begin to cry tears of joy. I look out the corner of my eye and see Ashley taking a quick picture, that when I realize they weren't playing anymore it was just the soundtrack.
"Yes! A million times Yes!" I scream as Sora slides the ring on my ring finger. Its black and yellow and the stones are in the Batman logo shape. I can't believe it. "Did you arrange this yourself?" I ask Sora.
"Yes. I seen Andy in the jewelry store after I had bought that ring. And arranged this. I wanted it to be perfect." Sora answers.
I smile and kiss him passionately. "I love you Sora." I say smiling.
"I love you too , my queen." Sora replies.
