Sora's POV

I felt Melody's breathing slow and I knew she was asleep in my arms. I lean back carefully not to wake her. As a nurse walks in.
"Oh she's asleep again?" The nurse asks as I'm slowly drifting off to sleep myself.
"Mhm." I reply as I quickly pop my eyes open. "Excuse me miss." I state as the nurse is leaving the the room.
"Yes?" She replies.
"How did her father die exactly?" I ask curious. As I finish my words Melody shifts a little as if she heard me.
"He had a heart condition. It was slowly him. He didn't realize he had it until it was too late to cure. Her mother and her father knew and that was it." The nurse replied with a sadness in her tone.
"Oh. Well thank you for tell me. And when can I take her home?" I quickly state before she walks to far away.
"Today actually. I was just about to go get the release forms." She answers as she walks away.
About twenty mintues later I'm woken up by being tapped on the shoulder. I open one eye and see that it's the nurse with the release papers. I sign where I'm supposed to and gently lift her taking her to her car and laying her down in the backseat. She's still alseep. Melody, you're so beautiful. I think to myself as I gently kiss her wrist. Then I get in the driver's seat and lower the volume before I turn on the car and drive home. I pick her up and take her up to her room laying her down on her bed and closing the door behind me.
"Is my sissy okay?" Said a familiar little kid voice. I then look down and nod at Micheal. Then I leave again. Looking for a house of my own so me and Melody can live on our own. Ah ha! I turn into a small house. It only has two bedrooms and a bathroom with the normal house hold appliances. I call the number and get them to come to the house. I pay for the house with the money I have saved up for a while. I go back to Melody's and pack everything in her room and take it to the house.  When I got back, I went into Melody's room and couldn't find.
Crash!
"Melody!" I scream as I bolt down the stairs and find her with an empty bottle of whiskey and a half gone pack of cigarettes.
"Baby? Are you okay?" I ask and get no reply.
She was drunk. There was no way I was going to get an answer out of her. Knowing that I walked over picked up the cigarettes and empty bottle of Whiskey and threw them away. Then I walked over to Melody, who was unconcious, and picked her up bridal style and carried her to the car. I set her in the front seat and walked back in the house. I began writing a note tell her family that we were moving out. Then I put the note on the fridge under a Batman magnet and left. As we got to the house Melody smiled and said my name in her sleep. I thought was the cutest thing ever. I then get everything out of the car and grab her. Laying her on the couch and sitting in the recliner. Then I started thinking. Think about her. Thinking why would is she drinking and smoking. Why harm herself. She is so beautiful. She's so perfect. I want to spend forever with her. There's nothing that can keep me away. So I leave once more. My destination: Kay Jewlers. As I get there I notice a couple, holding hands and laughing. I smile and think to myself me and Melody are going to be like that. As I walk into the store I spot the perfect ring.
