"Mister Sukuna, shall we exchange pointers today?"
"Not a chance, lunatic."
"Why not?" A certain shaman whined, acting coquettish by leaning against a certain curse's body. "This Excellency might forget the pleasure of our training together."
Sukuna choked on air. That sounded so fucking wrong that he wanted to throw this menace off a cliff. Yet he had no power to get rid of this human. Right now, his only goal was to get stronger than this lunatic and make the king of hell drag him to the underworld.
Any more and Sukuna might wish he hadn't incarnated into a fucking curse in the first place. Being dead for eternity sounded better than dealing with this nutcase!
Long Shen noticed the undercurrent of impatience within the curse's eyes. The way his muscles tightened in anger and that lust for blood emitting from his core. If he were any other normal human, this curse might have already dismembered his limbs one by one and broke his neck.
Such a thick murderous intent radiated from Sukuna yet it only itched Shen's heart. This shaman had always longed for that thrilling feeling that came from a life and death battle. When his life neared the edge of death, Shen swore that it was the happiest day for him.
When others feared death, Shen welcomed him with open arms. They played a game of cat and mouse—one chasing and the other fleeing. This time, the human in this analogy became the cat, and death became the mouse. The shaman sought death but death evaded him time and time again.
Although death managed to flee, Shen had grown far too addicted with that sensation. Each time he met that feeling, he would chase it down until the end. However, in the past few years, he hadn't rediscovered that experience. Instead, it seemed to have slipped through his fingers and hid into the distance.
But now?
Shen found that feeling at last, and it was in the form of a curse called Sukuna.
Even if it was still weak, it was present. Sukuna only needed to get stronger and stronger. Once that curse reached the pinnacle of his strength, the shaman wanted to engage in a life and death battle with him. A battle where only one of them would come out alive.
Just the mere thought of it sent shivers of excitement down his spine.
Ah~ I really can't wait. I want to fight with him! Shen had a rare beaming expression, one that rivalled the scorching sun, and the shaman shamelessly reached out to hug one of the curse's arms. Sukuna instinctively backed away, disgusted with this lunatic. However, Shen moved fast, embracing the curse's arm, and rubbed his cheek on it.
Like an affectionate cat.
Sukuna, repulsed by this human: "..." It truly made him wonder if Long Shen was a human or not. Although himself couldn't remember that many things, Sukuna was certainly not as crazy as this maniac when he used to be human. "Let go."
"Since I refuse, then, shall we fight?~"
"I'm sick of fighting with you."
"Aww, you make it sound like we are an old couple fighting, Mister Sukuna~"
"..." Fuck, he wanted to throw up.
Long Shen, seeing that this curse was about to lose sanity, decided that he had enough fun for today teasing Sukuna to his limit. Laughing under his breath, the shaman released the curse's arm and smiled, "Well, it seems like this Excellency won't be able to lure you in a fight. Then, this Excellency shall depart for now. I've some things to take care of, you see~ Don't miss this Excellency too much, Mister Sukuna~"
