Chapter six
"I don't know when all these will end, I don't know when everything will be fine like it was again"
My mother said sobbing, it was really hard for me to watch my mum cry, especially when there is nothing I can do, it pained me to the core.
"Mummy I told you to let me teach this woman a lesson of her life but this your kind heart won't let you, mummy sometimes we have to tough for some things to go well, I assure you its because you gave her the chance to get on you since from the beginning of time"
I said furiously
"Yes I know but that won't take me any where, she should continue enjoying her time before all her evil will come back haunting her. "
"And besides, her daughter respects me and that's enough"
She said again giving me the 'please take heart 'look.
"Okay mummy, but I'm afraid one day I'll do something to her which I might regret later"
yes its true Aisha respects my mum as if she was the one that gave birth to her, the girl has no problems but her mother, I don't even want to talk about her, I was about to leave the room when Aisha entered with salaam on her lips.
"Mummy I'm so sorry about my mum's behavior, I sincerely don't know why she's behaving like her, I know you must be tired of my apologies by now but I don't know what to do, had it been I have a way to make her stop then I would have done that since, pls mummy don't take her to heart "
She said the last tearing up.
i went and sat back beside her and started patting her back
"No its okay Aisha, and i have never kept her in mind, and stop crying its not your fault that she's doing all that, you have a good heart and that's enough, I pray one day she realizes that she's on the wrong part"
My mother said assuring Aisha that everything was fine.
We came out of the room together and went to the kitchen to make tiger nut juice for her, my mum loves tiger nut juice so I and Aisha decided to make it so it can cool her mind.

The day had already been hectic and it was just 2pm, I came back home from work or rather I ran home after a long day that hasn't even ended, my head was spinning and threatening to burst out any moment, but since I was the CEO, and could leave I left.
I was lying down in my bed trying to catch some sleep when I heard a knock on my door, since I already knew who it was, obviously it was habibty, there was only me and her in the house, I knew my dad won't come to my room looking for me, if he wanted to talk to me he would talk to my mum to summoned me for him.
"Habibty come in"
I said trying to sit up right.
She entered the room and walk-ran to my bed,
"Habiby are you okay? What's wrong with you? "
She asked her voice sounding worried.
"Yes habibty, I'm fine, I'm just having a lil head ache "
I said keeping my head on her laps .
"Subhanallah, have you taken drugs? "
"No, I think I should just go to the hospital "
I said looking at her beautiful face.
"Okay let me go and get ready, so I can drive you"
She said trying to stand up.
"No habibty, its just a headache and I can drive by my self I promise "
I said smiling to assure her I was fine.
"Are you sure? Or should I ask the driver to take you? "
She insistedly spoke
"by Allah I can drive mother "
"What did you just call me? "
She said glaring at me,
I smiled knowing so well how she hated the name,
"I said queen habibty, that was a slip of tongue "
"Your tongue should better not slip again or else I'm going to cut it half "
She threatened with a serious face but we all knew she wasn't, and that face only made her look like a clown, being serious never suits my mother.
"Okay habibty "
I said before we both laughed.
She left the room after asking me if I was sure I could drive for the hundredth time, I went to the bathroom and bathed, I got dressed into a hoodies and a grey sweatpants.
I headed out and entered my black GMC Acadia before zooming out.

"don't stay for too long, come back home before 7pm"
My mother warned knowing so well that we always stays long when we are two;me and Aisha.
"Okay mummy, but you know we would branch at the mall, so I don't think we will be back before magrib.
We were getting ready to go to the saloon, then branch at the mall for some small shoppings, it was me and of course Aisha even though her mother tried stopping her but she turned back and decided she must go, mummy was warning us to not stay out for too long.
"Okay but still, don't be late"
Mummy spoke again
"Okay ma'am, we won't"
It was Aisha that answered this time around.
We finished and went to meet the driver, no one among us could drive we would have driven ourselves.
Guysssss I'm so sorry I am late, I've resumed school and I'm afraid updates won't be as regular as before.
So how was the chapter? I'm sorry if you find it boring, I could not think of anything better😭
I'm all worked out, I wouldn't have updated this chapter but I don't want to keep you guys waiting and because I love you guys way too much so I squeezed my brain and this is what came out😭
