Chapter ten
Omniscient
He gently opened the car door and headed to where she was standing. She sighted him and for a reason she couldn't tell she smiled, he went to where she was standing and stared at her immediately feeling all the stress and anger from the office draining.
"I hope you are not mad at me"
He said still looking at her.
"Wa'alaikumul salaam"
She said chuckling which made him felt a little embarrassed.
"Ouch, salamu alaikum, I'm sorry I was just carried away"
"Carried away by what"
She asked.
"Your beauty obviously "
He replied and he could swear he saw her blushed.
She immediately changed the topic and answered his question
"Why would I be mad at you? The other day? I'm not mad I was just pissed"
"I'm so sorry but I thought you wanted to give me the number out of someone's will not yours"
He replied.
"Its okay,so lets get in, we shouldn't be standing here "
She said pointing the house behind them.
"You mean inside? "
He asked feeling strange.
"Why not my car? I mean isn't it early for me to start entering your house? "
He again said which earn him a laugh from her,
"I'm not taking you in for introduction you know, let's go inside and talk I mean"
She said still laughing.
"Okay let me go since you're laughing at me now"
He said trying to make her stop and it worked.
"Okay okay I'm sorry, let's go to the car, but I'm not staying long"
She said before leading them to the car.
"May I ask you? "
She asked him as they sat in the car.
"Yeah sure"
He replied curiously
"How did you know that Aisha is my sister? the last time at the mall you referred to her as my sister. "
"Oh that? Don't be surprised, I actually did some investigations about you"
He replied looking directly at her eyes.
She opened both her mouth and eyes in shock looking at him,
"Don't tell me you're stalking me"
"I'm not, i had to know everything about you you know, "
He replied smiling as if he won a lottery.
"But why did you want to know everything about me? "
She asked not sure of why he did that.
"Its a secret"he whispered but loud enough for her to hear, and the voice he used made her wanted to pay for his groom price immediately.
"Okay let me get back inside now, I told you I won't stay long remember?
She said trying to open the car door.
"Just give me five more minutes please, and the number too"
He said the last word giving her his phone as she FINALLY dailed the number. The reason he got upset the other day at the mall.
"You've gotten my number now,let's talk later, because I don't want to commit a murder "
"commit a murder? Murder who and why? "He asked confused.
"Aisha of course, if I don't go back now I'm sure she's going to eat all the pizza she ordered now, which if she does that then I'm definitely going to kill her"
She said all in one breath which made him laughed hard at her expression.
"Okay okay, please calm down and don't kill her, even though I don't like her"
He said the last line in a low tone but she heard him. she didn't question him because she knew it was because of that day at the mall.
She chuckle before bidding him goodbye.

"You stayed for too long so I've eaten all the pieces"
Aisha said.
"what do you mean by i stayed for too long out there, I didn't even spent up to 10 minutes and you've eaten all? I will kill you today Aisha"
She said as she ran towards Aisha, they started running round the room when sumayyah's phone started ringing, she stopped and took the phone, she thought it was Umar since she didn't have his number so she smiled before taking the phone to her ear but to her surprise it wasn't him, rather it was a girl's voice that spoke.
"Hi madam, i am standing outside with the order"
Was what the other lady said before hanging up.
Sumayyah was surprised since she knew she didn't ordered anything so she asked whether it was Aisha that ordered something again but she said no, so she went out to confirm whether it was really her or the delivery lady called the wrong number.
She opened the gate door and found a lady standing with a big box with her. The lady smiled and handed her the box, she turned to leave but sumayyah immediately stopped her and asked
"I think you're mistaken, I didn't order anything "
"No ma'am, are you not sumayyah?someone named Umar ordered it and gave us this address to deliver, and he gave us your number to call when we reach, thank you "
With that the said lady turned and left leaving a shocked sumayyah standing.
