James
Winter's parents kept staring at me the whole car ride back to her house. It was uncomfortable.
Her dad was in the front passenger seat. Her mom, Winter, and Alex were in the back. Winter's head was resting on Alex's shoulder, she was about to go to sleep. I looked back on the the road, then turned right.
"That's not the way to our house." Winters mom pointed out.
"I know." I sighed.
"Then where are we going?" Alex asked.
"My house. We have food and water and nice beds until your house is cleaned up. I'll work on your farm too and my little sister can work with the animals." There was an awkward silence.
"Okay, that sounds good."

We pulled in the drive in and I parked the car. I took the keys out of the car and got out.
"This is your house?" Alex asked. I looked at him.
"Yeah." I replied. We stared at each other for a second, then a turned around and started to walk up to the door. I unlocked it and opened the door.
"James? Is that you?" I heard Cj ask in a weak voice.
"Yeah, Cj, it's me." I said.
"Who's Cj?" Mr. Meg asked.
"My little sister."
"Another one of you?! This isn't good." Mrs. Meg sighed. I turned to her.
"She's injured. And probably is goin' to die." I snapped. They stared at me. I sighed and walked into the living room.
"Hey James." I smiled.
"Hey Cj, hey Zoey." I walked up to Zoey as she stood up. I kissed her lightly, then turned around to the Meg family. "Guys, this is my little sister, Cj, and my girlfriend, Zoey. Zoey, Cj, these are my friends Alex and Winter and their parents Mr. and Mrs. Meg."
