Winter
James's dad smiled. "Oh. Hi there. Okay, James. I got to go to work now. I have a meeting. I'll see y'all later." James's dad said. James nodded.
"Okay, Dad. Bye." James said. James's dad nodded, then left. Alex got up and threw the papers onto the coffee table and ran his hand though his jet black hair. He turned to me.
"Those were not Maiden's agents." Alex pointed out. I nodded.
"I know. Those were the governments's agents. So maybe Maiden's agents are still looking for us." I stated. I got up and looked at James. "Do you have a computer?" I asked. James nodded and got up.
"Yeah, follow me." We all walked out of the living room and into a little room. It looked like a little work area.
"Who's Maiden?" James asked. I sat down on the chair and turned on the computer.
"He's one of the most powerful Wizard ever. He has been after Winter for a long time. But we don't know why." Alex explained. I nodded. The computer finally turned on, and I went on the Internet.
"Do you have a theory of why he might want to get Winter?" James asked.
"Not really. We think he's after Winter's power. But we think that can't be it because that would mean he would want all of our powers." Alex replied quickly. I typed in "closest library" in and pressed search. About two library's came up.
"Okay, we need to get here." I said, looking at James and pointing at one of the library's named "The Main Library". James sighed.
"That's about two miles away." James complained.
"Now." I snapped. He sighed again, then nodded.
"Okay, fine. We'll go to the library. But why that one? There's another closer to that one." I smiled and looked at Alex.
"Well, James, that's because that's were all the witches and wizards go for spells."
