The next day, Charles and Diana woke up together in the luxurious yacht room and lay snuggled together, snuggled into each other's warmth and enjoying their brief moments of rest together. Charles watched his young wife, still not sure if he should find lying together a good thing or a bad thing, and thought about his words from yesterday.

Maybe they could do something nice together in the city and he would make an exception and go on a little shopping trip with her to make up for his words from yesterday.

"How about taking a trip into the city today and exploring it?" Charles suggested knowingly. Always wanting to learn something new, including about historical things, he ended up rolling out a gorgeous map on the bedspread where all the historical towns were clearly marked.

Diana, half asleep, leaned against Charles' shoulder, yawning wearily. She didn't want to start a discussion now that they got along well and stand the charm or the adventure lust that surrounded Charles all the time, even if she would rather lie in bed with him the whole day, even if she knew it it's impossible she agreed with a hesitant nod.

"Gladly" and also determined to explore the fashionable side of Rome during their trip, so the couple and the other travel companions decided to put the Colosseum on their program - a trip full of Roman antiquity and a strong contrast to the modern cityscape Romes.

Always passionate about history and architecture, Charles carefully studied the magnificent structure, his eyes sparkling with respect for its creators. While Diana's beaming smile added even more sparkle to the already sunny day. Watching his wife in her element, enjoying the joy she shared with the crowds that flocked to visit her, a spontaneous idea flickered in his head and touched Diana's underside with caution.

"Darling, what would you think of an impromptu photo shoot?" Charles asked, his eyes fixed on a professional photographer who happened to be nearby. His enthusiasm for the idea was clearly evident in his sparkling eyes.

Diana, however, seemed taken aback at first and wrinkled her eyebrow slightly. They both knew that the press loved them and would be a feast for them, and also that Diana herself often flinched from the intense camera flashes that recorded her every move.

She clearly hesitated, a series of silent thoughts running through her mind. She wasn't in the mood for more limelight, especially at a moment that should be considered intimate. However, Diana didn't want to ruin the trip or even worse, risk a potential argument with Charles for her if she declined.

Seeing her husband's excitement no doubt made the idea appealing to her and a sigh escaped her lips as Diana gave her consent to the shoot. "All right Charles."

The commissioned photographer recognized the seriousness of the situation, set up his equipment and started taking pictures of the two royals.

Charles and Diana stood against the backdrop of the Colosseum, whose durable arches and imposing structure evoke their shared history, just as their forthcoming photos should do.

Despite her reservations, Diana recognized that these snaps capture the moment together. With a touch of melancholy masked by her smile, Diana allowed the camera to record her journey - a few stolen kisses, a shared laugh and most of all, what delighted Diana most, the brief genuine moments of their wedded bliss.

She had to secretly agree with Charles that shooting him was a good idea. The photos deepened their bond, at least that's how it felt to her, and she silently hoped to Charles that it was mutual.
