Trigger warning abuse

I sigh unlocking my door.

Honestly the way these days are flying by it's almost like each day is just blending in together.

As I walk in I'm taken by surprise at the mess I can see.

The door doesn't look touched but I can already tell by the way the apartment is.

It honestly makes goosebumps appear.

It was absolutely trashed.

And I couldn't wrap my head around it at first.

I slowly enter looking around trying to stay quiet just in case.

"You took your time showing up"

I feel shivers running down my spine as footsteps approach.

I spin around and I'm trying so hard not to freak the fuck out.

My father

"How the fuck-?" I stutter

"How did I find you?" He chuckles

"Oh Katherine you don't know really know your own father do you?"

Katherine

I hate that fucking name.

"What do you want?" I ask

He steps more towards me, making me back up until I slide on a bit of glass underneath my shoe.

I fall back into more glass as my father towers over me.

"Oh little dear you really have no fucking clue"

I go to turn to get up but his hands grab my ankles.

He pulls me through glass more towards him and I feel the same fear I did all them years ago.

Flashback

"I said no" I shout on the top of my lungs

He grins at me before grabbing a huge chunk of my hair.

He pulls me and throws me into a wall making me hit my stomach on the table.

With the force I came with I knocked a photo on the floor.

The one photo that gave me a little hope of survival in this shit hole.

I turn on my father as he just stands there grinning.

"What's the plan kill me like you killed mother?"

"Oh tempt me, cause you maybe my 'daughter' but I never wanted you in the first place"

Ouch

It's not new news.

But every time i hear them words it's almost like a knife is cutting into my skin.
