One thing that made me suspect 'Kian' as an imposter is because of it's efficiency at work.
The original male lead was a trash. Period.
He's a type of male lead who's full of ego and narcissism. To the point that he took an interest on the female lead when the latter started to ignore him.
That's the exact thing that happened inside the novel.
The original male lead on the novel was 'not' as good as this 'Kian' right now. Heck! I even remember that the reason behind the tragic death of OG Vierra is because of the mess that the OG male lead created.
Because he was busy playing around with the female lead, he messed up a big project big time! Dahil dito ay malaking pera ang nawala sa kompanya at dahil nasa kalagitnaan ng misyon ng mga oras na iyon si Vierra, hindi niya na solusyonan agad at huli na ng malaman niya ang lahat dahil namatay siya matapos malamang binigay pala ng og male lead ang napakahalagang impormasyon sa kalaban.
In short, he's the sh*ttiest male lead ever made! Kaya nga hindi ko nabasa lahat ng detalye sa nobelang iyon dahil pakiramdam ko ay masusuka ako sa kada pahina kung saan naroon ang og male lead.
Sadyang bored lang talaga ako nong time na iyon kaya seguro binasa ko ang walang kwentang nobelang iyon.
That's why I am very confused. Everything that's happening right now is all messed up, especially those that revolves around this 'Kian'.
In the first place, the og male lead didn't graduate on Findale. He just graduated on one of the universities here in Maldridge but since he's also the top on his batch, he received an invitation from NSI. And he's not assigned to be Vierra's secretary, instead one of the guards.
Very different than 'Kian' that I have known for the past weeks. Nauna ko itong napansin ng tawagin ako ni Dad para sabihan na bibigyan niya ako ng magiging kasama ko sa lahat na misyon na kakaharapin ko. Which didn't happen in the novel.
