Because of the events of the previous chapter, this chapter will be told from Flynn's point of view. There will be several more like this so I'll be sure to mark them.

"Prince Flynn, you are needed in the King's Study. . . And if I understand correctly, you should hurry," a maid says as she peaks into the library I'm working in. I nod my head and mumble a thank you. She slips away and the door falls shut behind her. I stand up, straighten my tie, and walk towards the door.

As I walk down the hallway, I think over what I might possibly be needed for. It's most likely something to do with the country. If it were some minor problem, though, I wouldn't need to hurry to the King's study. Unless something has happened with New Asia and they have decided to threaten us once again.

When I reach the King's study, I'm surprised to find the door cracked open. The sounds of sobbing comes out from inside and I immediately expect the worse. I open the door a little more and embrace the scene in front of me. Queen America is King Maxon's arms, crying into his chest. King Maxon has a saddened look on his face and almost seems to be on the verge of tears.

"Is everything okay?" I ask. They both look up at me from their spot on the small sofa. Their eyes contain saddened expressions. "What's wrong? Is Celia okay?" I ask. King Maxon shakes his head.

"Flynn, Celia has been in an accident," King Maxon says. I draw in a long breath and sit in a chair across from them. I shake my head.

"What? How? When?" I ask. King Maxon runs a hand through his hair.

"We're not sure exactly when. Queen America's sister just called and told us. She said that Celia and Emily got into fight. They also think Celia might have overheard Kenna and Astra talking about her, but they don't know for sure. Anyways, Celia ran out of the house and the press ran her into the road where she got hit by a car. They said they didn't know it happened. Their neighbors had to come tell them," King Maxon says. I raise my eyebrows.

"How did that happen? Did she not see the car coming?" I ask. King Maxon shakes his head.

"I guess not. It was dark and I guess with the press surrounding her, she just fell back in time to get hit," King Maxon says. I nod a few times before putting my head in my hands. This never should have happened. This is all my fault.

"Well, where is she?" I ask.

"They're taking her to a hospital closer to here. We're not exactly sure where it is, though," King Maxon says. I push out of the chair and stand above them.

"Then we have to go. We can't let Celia be at the hospital all by herself," I say. King Maxon nods.

"We were just talking about that. We've already sent for a car. We just have to be calm," King Maxon says. I nod and walk over to the windows. Outside, two bright lights shine in the middle of the darkness.

"Then, let's go. We have no time to lose," I say. I walk over hurriedly to the door. King Maxon and Queen America follow. Just as I'm about to turn the door knob, a hand on my shoulder stops me.

"Prince Flynn, just remember not to do something you'll regret. It wouldn't be good for you to stir up any additional trouble," Queen America says. I nod and open the door further.

Once we arrive at the hospital, it takes everything inside me to keep from running to find Celia. King Maxon asks the woman at the front desk where she was and, after getting over the shock of talking to the king, instructed us to go to the fourth floor.

We hurried to the elevator which took longer than it should have. Or at least it felt that way. To me, it took hours even though it took no longer than five minutes. Once the elevator doors opened, I feel like I left the King, Queen, and Prince Charles behind to find Celia.

Once we made it to the lobby where Astra and Emily's families were waiting, I blurt out a ton of questions. None of them are answered by the time I've calmed myself down and sat down next to Prince Charles. Every now and then, I catch my eyes drifting over to Emily. Part of me blames her for causing this to happen. That isn't fair, though. She can't control the fact that the car was driving by and that the press were there.

"King Maxon?" a nurse asks. King Maxon and Queen America stand up and walk over to the nurse. King Maxon gestures for me to follow them. I stand up and walk in the back of the group. The nurse leads us out of the waiting room and into a long hallway with nurses and doctors walking back and forth.

"What's wrong?" King Maxon asks. The nurse looks down at the clipboard in her hand.

"Celia just came out of surgery. She still hasn't come to, yet. We've done all we can for now," the nurse says. We all nod, thinking over what to say next.

"When can we see her?" I ask. The nurse looks down at the clipboard.

"The doctor hasn't said yet. I will find out but I can't promise that it will be anytime soon. Normally, you wouldn't be allowed in until the patient has woken up, but being that she is the princess you'll probably be granted access before then," she says.

"How long will it be until she wakes up?" Queen America asks. The nurse shakes her head.

"We're not sure. It could take a really long time and that's if she does wake up," the nurse says. My throat feels like it swells up at that. If she does wake up. The nurse says it so casually. Celia has to wake up. She would never leave us like that.

Well, um, yeah... I'm not really sure what to put here... In case you were wondering, this was supposed to be posted last night but my wifi was stupid and yeah... Please comment and vote!
