chapter twenty-six

Maggie's Pov,

The soft sun rays woke me up late that day. Seven months. Seven months of an amazing relationship. A vulnerable and sometimes scary relationship but nevertheless an amazing one.

When we're apart, I've found that every day I grow more and more impatient to see her again. My body lays in her arms as she texts someone on her phone, still not aware that I've woken up.

I placed a kiss on her collarbone, to let her know that I was awake. I repositioned my head to see her smiling face, "good morning, baby," she placed her phone down on the corner of her bed and turned all her attention onto me.

"Happy seven months," I smile, placing a kiss on her lips. "What are we gonna do today? I don't have any of my own clothes but we can figure something out!"

She beamed down at me, "Well, I was just talking to Josiah and I was thinking we could drive to their place. We can finally meet Noah and Fallon."

I light up. At least once every few weeks my brother, his fiancée, my niece, and I have facetimed. I've gotten to know his little family quite well and now that Fallon has turned over a year old, I've been itching to meet her more and more.

"Oh my God, I'm so excited! I've wanted to meet them so badly! Thank you!" I press multiple kisses on her cheek before moving up to her lips.

I sigh into the kiss as Julien positions herself on top of me, pinning me to the bed. She kissed my cheek as she moved closer to my right ear and whispered, "You look really pretty like this," before fully pulling away to hold eye contact with me.

My face was completely flushed, and my eyes darted around before meeting hers. "You are... you are gonna ruin me." My hand snakes its way up her leg to her hip.

"Good," Julien smirked, placing her hand over mine.

"We should maybe pick this up later, hm? Though you're making it hard to resist, I'm almost tempted to let you have your way with me right now."

"We'll continue later, there'll be many more opportunities. I can wait," Julien winked at me before she climbed off of me, then off of the bed. "I think I have a shirt you can wear, you might have to wear your jeans though.

a/n: I hope you guys are enjoying this book, it always makes me nervous when I update, this one (and the ones with slightly suggestive contact) makes my stomach turn because I don't think i'm very good at writing that genre of material.
