Jungkook and Jimin met just like how usually the other couples get together. However, their story wasn't like the others. They weren't like those couple, who would spend their time laughing with each other, go on dates, and have fun together. Rather, their story was made up of understanding and healing each other.
Jeon Jungkook was exceptionaly very sweet and an extrovert who loved to make friends, while Jimin was the quiet person who won't open up to anyone.
Jungkook was the only one who could get close to Jimin and find out the real him. Jimin was very grateful, and though he could not express himself very well, Jungkook understood that.
As Jungkook helped Jimin in all possible ways to open up to the world they're in, Jimin spent his time into understanding the taller one. He learned how Jungkook scrunched his nose out of habit and how his bunny teeth used to show up whenever he used to smile.
He remembered every little detail of him.
They weren't even friends when all that happened. It was like as if they were meant for each other.
Their first ever interaction occurred when someone made fun of Jiminie. Jungkook noticed how Jimin stayed silent when the great known bullies were speaking rubbish about him right at his face. He stepped up for him and started beating everyone who was involved.
Right then, Jimin spoke up for the first time.
"Jungkook... S-stop it." He spoke softly, not looking at the taller one.
Jungkook's eyes widened as he heard Jimin's voice for the first time. He stopped punching the guy and turned around, facing him.
"Y-you know my name?" That's all he could ask, as Jungkook was a secret admirer of the smaller one. He never expected that Jimin would know about him.
However, just as Jimin made eye contact with him, he ran away. That led Jungkook to think that he did something wrong.
But later on, they finally sorted out as Jimin admitted that he got shy when they first interacted.
Only a few months after that, Jungkook gave a suprise visit to Jimin on his birthday when he got a sight of the vulnerable Jimin on his sofa.
His arms were full of fresh cuts as he hugged his knees. He probably didn't notice the arrival of his only friend.
Jungkook immediately hugged the smaller the moment he saw him, whispering sweet things to make him feel better. But probably due to too much bleeding, Jimin passed out in his arms itself.
Jungkook, obviously, panicked seeing the one he loves in pain. But he didn't waste any time before taking him to the hospital to treat him.
When Jimin's condition stabled, he, for the first time, cried out to Jungkook. Jungkook never complained about it, for he knew that he needed to open up someday or the other.
Since that day, Jimin never hid anything from Jungkook. Also, he learned to make other friends slowly as his mental health got better due to Jungkook's support.
Though Jimin made only a few friends in his college life, they were always the ones who'd help him without even asking for it. He's very grateful for those seven people in his life, mostly his Jungkookie.
That was how their love life started.
The one who thought could never be loved found the sweetest soul to be with him. They have been married for almost three years now, and also, Jimin is in his 6th month of pregnancy.
They're the happiest couple.
