Alice

a new look

(this chapter describes mikey getting a fee pircings, if you are bothered by that sort of thing maybe scroll a bit past it)

After looking through Pinterest on augusts phone, talking with spencer and Andy for a bit, and looking at the jewelry in Andy's bag we decide what piercings me and August are going to get.

Spencer lets me get a septum ring and snake bites with silver horse shoe jewelry that have spikes at the end. August is allowed to get a septum ring.

"you'll have to ask your mother for anything else, and she'll probably take you to a professional." Andy says. "really mikey should have straight bar jewelry in his mouth but I don't have any."

"I'm just excited to have piercings other than my ears." I say. I got my ears pierced when I was really young. I've always wanted gauges, but i was never allowed to. "speaking of, if I want big ones, like patricks, how do I do that?" I ask.

patricks eyes light up, "you stretch them! I have my old tapers with me, I just left them in my suitcase, I used to size up on the road all the time. I've been waiting to pass them down to someone!" he says excitedly.

he stands up and runs to the room he's staying in. spencer laughs at how happy he is.

"he seems excited." noah says.

"oh he's been waiting to pass those things down for damn near a decade now. they're surgical grade titanium, so they're good. he wanted someone worthy" spencer says, putting air quotes around worthy. 

"wait, does that mean I can stretch my ears?" I ask, suddenly realising that I'm starting to look more like Mikey and less like alice. they've always looked so diffrent.

alice has long colorful hair, a side part, bangs, heavy colorful makeup, and pink cat paw earrings. she wears colorful skinny jeans or shorts with fun tights. she has about a million colorful t-shirts, and a handful of colorful tank tops, and only one purple hoodie. 

mikey has short black and red hair, a double side shave, and when he does wear makeup, its smudgy black eyeliner. he has big stretched ears like Patrick, maybe a little smaller, and face piercings. snake bites, a septum, two little studs in the sides of his nose, and an eyebrow piercing with a slit on the other eyebrow. he wears black jeans or off black cargo shorts, with black band shirts, or one of several black hoodies, with a pair of boots. 

I still have to wear chris' boots that are a bit too big for me.

the only person who noticed is noah. I'm sure other people have noticed but noah is the only one who said anything. he asked spencer if he could take me to the mall to get me new boots, he even offered to pay. spencer told him something about my dad maybe finding me in a crowded space like a mall. 

"you look really different after this, maybe I could take you to the mall here for new boots?" noah asks, looking over at spencer. spencer hesitates, I look over at him, hoping that he'll say yes. these boots hurt my feet, and I haven't been to a mall in years.

"I guess, he will look pretty different, especially compared to how he was before I got him." spencer says. 

"thank you so so much." I say, partially to spencer but mostly to noah. 

andy finishes getting set up, and Patrick returns from his room with a box. "I'm going to go to the kitchen, watching piercings kinda grosses me out." he says, walking out of the room. justin and vinny follow him. 

"does it hurt?" I ask.

"like hell, but only for half a second." andy says, taking a weird looking pen and marking on my lips. "nose first or lips first?"
