The Fourth Mission (Chapter 7)

✨Y/N'S POV✨

"Y/N-CHAN, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO MEAN TO MEE?!" Zenitsu whined

"Because your attitude can be EXTREMELY aggravating towards me, and I'd so very much like for you to stop, so if you do, ill stop being mean, do we have a deal?"

"Mhmhmmm"

"Good"

We began to walk in what I hoped was truly silence, but I heard some jumping and yelps here and there from Zenitsu, though its better than hearing him screaming, so i dealt with it

'Hopefully just a little longer' I thought, mentally sighing

After what felt like an hour of torture, both me and Zenitsu turned around to see if anything was behind us, but unfortunately for us, a creepy ass spider with a dead looking human head on it was staring dead at us, then began to chase us

"AHH, ZENITSU WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS THAT THING?!" I screamed while jumping onto him

"I DON'T KNOW, AND I DON'T LIKE IT!" He screamed just as loud as I did

"ZENITSU, RUN BEFORE WE DIEEEEE"

I didn't have to say not one word more after that, because he listened right then and there

Unfortunately, once more, we saw another spider thing, but even worse, it was coming in swarms, so Zenitsu quickly carried me and himself up a tree, holding onto me and the tree for dear life

"ST-STAY BACK! GET AWAY FROM US!!"

"STAY AWAYYYYYYY!!"

"That won't work"

Me and Zenitsu's heads snapped to the owner of the voice, and it was a even bigger spider with a head that had the capability of speaking

"AH- OH SHIT, WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK-"

"What's wrong? Scared or something?"

"YES, YES THE FUCK I AM, AND YOU KNOW I HAVE EVERY DAMN RIGHT TO BE"

"Indeed you do, cause those spiders with human heads, they bit the both of you, and sooner or later, you'll be one of them" the spider demon said menacingly with a devious smile on his face

Me and Zenitsu started looking over our bodies, until we saw a big purple swelling bite on the both of our hands

The demon soon told us all the horrible things that would happen to us until we were one of the things that were trying to attack us, which resulted in Zenitsu passing out

"Oh god no.. No... Zenitsu, why'd you have to pass out now-"

The next thing I knew, the boy was falling down, and I wasn't able to catch him

"ZENITSU!!" I yelled and I reached my hand out for him

He ended up falling all the way to the ground, in the pile of the spiders with human heads, and they swarmed him to where you couldn't see him any longer

"No.."

"Perfect! With this happening, he'll turn into one of us quicker!!"

I was in disbelief, the feelings of shock, anger, sadness, and revenge were swarming over my body as the poison got worse and spread up my arm

Once more, I took my katana and I was about to attack, but from below my eyes, i saw lightning streaks spark up from the pile from below us

"No way.. That fall should have kept him knocked out cold..."

Zenitsu, came from out the pile, and quickly finished the demon, and he snapped back to reality (If you know, you know 😌)

Zenitsu was on a little tree house where the Demon was, so before I passed out, I pounced on it to get to Zenitsu before he passed out too

"Zenitsu... I feel really.. Weak.. I'm so tired.."

Zenitsu hadn't responded, he was struggling keeping himself awake on his own, so I took my hand and held his as tightly as I could

I looked up above me and I see a beautiful woman in a butterfly haori, flying down from the moon

"Hashi- ra.. I don't know if.. you know her.. But my sister.. tell her I miss her.. I love h-her so m-much.. A-And don't kill Tanjiro-kun's sister Nezuko... Ch-an.."

"What's your sister's name?" The beautiful woman asked oh so sweetly

"M...suri... kan...roj..." My voice got quieter and quieter by the second, my voice, what seemed like my life, and hope was slowly, gradually, but unfortunately surely slipping away by the second

The last thing I remember seeing was the woman's face, her eyes widening and her mouth slowly coming agape, and her voice assuring me i wasnt gonna die, but in such a stern and determined voice that i could never forget

"Okay, but you won't die, I'll make sure of it, i can promise you"

And that was it, my eyes were shut and I couldn't remember a thing after that, it was just a quiet darkness surrounding my body that I desperately wanted to escape, but couldn't

'I wanna see my big sister Mitsuri so much.. I'm not dying until I do so..'
