Felix had just settled onto his couch, sipping on a cup of tea and half-watching the news when a sudden knock at the door interrupted him. He sighed, placing his tea on the table and made his way to the door, thinking it was probably his neighbor, coming to borrow some sugar or something. But, when he opened the door, he was surprised to see no one there.

Confused, Felix looked around, wondering if someone was playing a prank on him, but just as he was about to close the door, he saw a small envelope lying on the ground. He bent down to pick it up, and to his surprise, it had his name on it. Curious, he tore it open and pulled out a letter with heavenly-looking lettering.

Felix furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and read the letter, his heart beating rapidly. It read:

Dear Felix,

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that your mother is severely ill and requires your immediate presence. You are required to return to heaven as soon as possible. However, you may take whoever you wish to support you during this difficult time. We understand that it is sudden and unexpected, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Please make your arrangements and be prepared to depart tomorrow morning.

Sincerely,
The Angels

Felix felt weak in the knees as he read the letter's contents, tears welling up in his eyes. He knew that his mother had been sick for a while, but he didn't realize the situation was this dire. He felt so helpless, and he couldn't bear the thought of returning to heaven and leaving everything he had grown to love behind.

In a haze, he rushed to Hyunjin's apartment, his feet carrying him quickly despite the heaviness in his heart. When he reached Hyunjin's door, he didn't even bother to knock and simply barged in, tears streaming down his face.

Hyunjin was sitting on the couch with Seungmin and Jeongin, watching a movie, but as soon as he saw Felix, he stood up, frowning in concern. "Felix, what's wrong?"

Felix fell into Hyunjin's arms, sobbing uncontrollably, and Hyunjin held him tightly, trying to calm him down. When Felix finally caught his breath, he told them everything, showing them the letter.

The three of them sat in silence for a few minutes, all of them lost in thought. It was Seungmin who finally spoke up. "We'll come with you, Felix. You don't have to go through this alone."

Hyunjin nodded in agreement, and Jeongin chimed in, "We're your family, Felix. We'll always be there for you."

Felix felt a wave of relief wash over him, and he hugged all of them tightly, feeling grateful for having such caring friends. With them by his side, he knew he could face anything, even the dreaded return to heaven.

Felix stayed over at Hyunjin's place that night, grateful for his boyfriend's kindness and support. Hyunjin had made him a warm meal, which they ate together in silence, and then they watched a movie, trying to take their minds off the situation.

But, as the night wore on, Felix's thoughts drifted back to his mother, and he found himself praying loudly, wishing for her to be okay. "Please, please heal her," he whispered, tears streaming down his face. "I'm so sorry for leaving her like this. I'm the worst son in history."

Hyunjin stood next to him, placing a comforting hand on his back. "Felix, you're not the worst son. You're doing everything you can. You came as soon as you received the letter, and you have us here to support you."

Felix shook his head, still sniffling. "But what if I'm too late? What if she's already gone by the time I get there?"

Hyunjin wrapped an arm around him, pulling him closer. "We can't think like that. All we can do is hope and pray, and be there for her when we can."

Felix nodded, feeling a little comforted by Hyunjin's words. They stayed up late into the night, talking and reminiscing about old memories, trying to focus on the positive. Hyunjin made sure to hug Felix tightly before they went to sleep, knowing how scared he must be feeling.

The next morning, they woke up in the bright light around them, knowing, they're back. Felix still looked worried and anxious, but Hyunjin tried his best to keep him calm, reassuring him that everything would be okay.

As they made their way through, Hyunjin couldn't help but think about how much he wanted to stay by Felix's side during this difficult time. He knew he would be scared to leave Felix alone, especially with his mother's condition being so dire.

He made a silent vow to himself to be there for Felix, no matter what, and to support him as best as he could. He knew it wouldn't be easy, but he was determined to be there for his lovely boyfriend, through thick and thin. He would do anything for him, just to see him happy.
