"Li Ming, son... How are you? I heard from Saleng that you were in a car accident... I'm sorry, son, I didn't visit you because we were in Bangkok for the past few months. We only returned home yesterday because today is the death anniversary of our son," Heart's mom apologized to Li Ming.
They were now at Heart's parents' house. When Heart's mom saw Li Ming at the cemetery, she invited him to their home.
"It's okay, Ma krub... and I'm okay krub... How about you, Ma... How are you?" Li Ming inquired, noticing the woman in front of him looking thin and worn.
"Hahh... Here... still not okay... your Por was diagnosed with insomnia due to lack of sleep. He's still thinking about our son... So, we're staying in Bangkok now to help him recover," Heart's mom sadly explained.
"Ma krub... I want to tell you something, but I know you may not believe me," Li Ming said, looking at Heart's mom.
"What is it, son?" Heart's mom asked.
"Ma krub... Do you know that I experienced another life with Heart... He was Tinn, and I was Gun... In that life, Heart could speak clearly and hear. He could sing a song for me, always help me, comfort me... We could talk even without sign language," Li Ming revealed.
As Li Ming shared their story, Heart's mom couldn't help but tear up, imagining the wonderful memories she could have had if she had seen Heart in that life. She knew it was hard to believe Li Ming, but as he recounted their entire story as Tinn and Gun, she found herself unable to dismiss his words.
Unbeknownst to them, Heart's dad was listening behind the door in his room, shedding tears along with his wife.
"Ma krub... Heart was the one who urged me to come back here... And I want to tell you, as the one who returned in that life, Heart didn't want you to be like this. He didn't leave us; he's always here... and someday, we will meet him again," Li Ming said, holding the woman's hand as she cried.
Since that day, when Li Ming shared their story, Heart's dad's health improved. He could now stay in their house, needing only to continue taking his medicine. Overall, the married couple supported each other in moving forward.
