"Are you sure I look okay?"

"Yes, the same as everytime you ask me, babe, promise."

She nods, hands smoothing against the tops she's wearing. "Wait."

She freezes and looks over at him quickly, he takes the sunglasses off his head and then puts them on her, "There you go, mysterious, adds character."

She grins a little but has no chance to do anything else before he's pushing open the little tent door and she hastily pulls off the sunglasses to place into her back pocket.

"Guys?"

The three inside the tent perk up, the music that was filling the area stops as the blonde on guitar pauses, "This is Tommie."

"Hi."

"Caleb..." The taller guy says slowly.

The three stare at her and Caleb coughs awkwardly, "My girlfriend."

They still continue to stare, shaking their heads, "The one I was telling you about, she's in that British band."

"Oh, hi." They all say at the same time.

The blonde coming on over with a laugh, "We knew about you, but didn't know that was your name. Thought your name was some weird old woman name."

"My real name is Caroline."

"Oh."

The guy with the dyed purple hair nods, taking a hand out his pocket to shake hers, "Thought he was cheating for a second there. Nice to meet you."

"Well, I'm glad you guys would have had my back if he was."

"I'll introduce you, this is Shane," He says about the tallest, he's nowhere near as tall as the guys from her hand but he stops at about 5 '9 ish making her need to look up, "He's our bassist."

"Nice to meet you."

Shane has one of the Southern accents, the ones like in the movies and she's later told that he's actually from Texas.

"That there is Mitchell," He gestures to the blonde from before, "He's our guitarist. The one I've known the longest, we grew up together, like you and the guys, practically my brother."

Caleb quietly explains how Mitchell's parents lived beside his mother and when he and his mother got into those heated arguments he'd go over to his place for the night.

"And saving the least important to last," The last guy rolls his eyes playfully, "This is our lead singer, James. He's from Alambama."

"Sweet home." She mutters.

"Pardon?"

"Nice to meet you." She says with a smile looking around at them all.

After a couple (torturous) hours with his band it's time for her to properly introduce him to her own band. So with rushed goodbyes and the attempt to not shout in glee after their boring conversations about days in the studio, they're on their way to her tent.

She finds herself thinking meanly for a few moments, not that she cares or feels remorse.

But no wonder no ones interested in hearing their songs.

They're boring.

But she doesn't tell them that.

Tommie's always been a blunt and up front person. 'Better to tell the truth even if it's harsh, than tell them a lie', she always tells Adam when he scolds her for being too blunt with new people.
