Everything was black besides the sparkle of the stars and moon, along with the trees and grass shining from the moonlight. Ravenwing couldn't make out much, but he could smells FoxClan warriors. He made out two scents: Flamepaw... And Foxstar.
He dashed to find the scents, hearing them mumble to each other. Everything started to get brighter. He then realized he was in StarClan. Feeling scared, he continued to run as fast as he could toward them.
He stopped once he saw them and hid in a bush, listening to them. Flamepaw's pelt was sparkled with stars, but Foxstar looked normal.
"Foxstar, your kill was for nothing. Ravenwing lied. I was fighting Winterstone because SHE tried fighting against YOU. But obviously you believe the traitor, didn't you? You had to believe the killer of Lionfern, right?" He glared at Foxstar defiantly, growling, claws unsheathed.
"He wasn't lying. And, he didn't kill Lionfern. I did." Foxstar looked calm, not caring how angry Flamepaw was. He looked at him with calm, gentle eyes, like he didn't kill him that night.
"Wait... You what?" Flamepaw was astonished. He had never expected for Foxstar to have killed Lionfern, but Ravenwing had known all along. He knew that he needed someone to blame, and Ravenwing was born then, so he used his birth as an excuse to get away with it.
"Yes. And I will kill your spirit so you tell nobody," snarled Foxstar. He unsheathed his massive claws, standing up. But before he could do anything, cats started piling out of the bushes.
"Ravenwing, now is your chance to do something," meowed Lionfern beside Ravenwing. Ravenwing nodded, leaping out of the bushes to stand with the StarClan warriors. He saw a few memorable StarClan cats: Shadowflare, Riverpelt, and Lionfern.
"Hello, Foxstar." Growled Shadowflare. "Great to see such an amazing leader, right?" He taunted him, saying the word amazing sarcastically.
"Who are all of you?" Foxstar seemed defiant, definitely not expecting so many warriors.
They announced themselves.
Shadowflare, Lionfern, Sparrowflight, Riverpelt, Ravenwing Flamepaw, Leafshade, Cloudysun, Frostedleaf, Roadkill, Deadpaw, Snakeskin, Turtlerun, Duckflight, Gingerpaw, Grapepaw, Tigerpaw, Bunblepaw, and Zigzagswirl.
"We were all defiant against you. We all knew you were a bad leader from the start, even if some of us used to support you." Meowed Sparrowflight. He glared at Foxstar in disgust. Ravenwing was pretty sure that he had invited Foxstar into the clan when they were desperate, and regretted it a short while later when Foxstar killed his brother, Duckflight.
Foxstar backed away, only to get blocked of by the warriors. "From this day forward, we will slowly make your life worse, until it kills YOU. Then you'll see how strong cats really are." Growled Shadowflare mockingly.
"I'm not afraid." Snarled Foxstar defiantly. He looked dismayed, but stayed calm somehow. He watched as each warrior stared at him. He noticed Ravenwing, and looked even more surprised having a non StarClan cat fighting against him.
Ravenwing wanted to say something, but new it was better to keep his mouth shut.
Slowly, he woke up. He knew what he had to do. He had to spread the word with other cats, no matter the cost. Maybe Flamepaw was worth it.
