BENITO's POV

"awe looks like you do like me"

I actually got sick at the thought. she wishes.

I continued scrolling through my phone, as I was doing so the thought of Love walking home alone at night for some reason made me feel un easy.

don't do it. don't you fucking do it.

I rolled my eyes and let out a frustrated sigh. I put my phone in my pocket. I put on my slides and hoodie and walked out the door.

I walked in the same direction as Love. I followed behind her close to where I could get a good view of her yet far away enough to make sure she doesn't see me.

I might not like the girl but I don't want anything bad to happen to her. I mean im not a complete monster.

We continued walking for a couple more minutes. She walked up to a house stopping at the door. I hid behind a tree and watched her. She looked around her, when she didn't see anybody she broke down in tears.

woah.

All the years I've known her not once have I seen her cry. She always portrays this tough girl act no one can crack. To come and think of it I don't know much about her other then she's eighteen and she's a senior.

I watched a little more closely, she wiped her tears, took a deep breathe and she walked into her house.

that was weird, what was all that about?

Seeing her cry made me feel a little bit bad, just a little.

I started walking back to my house.

I walked into my house closing the door behind me.

I kicked off my slides and sat back down on the couch.

Natalia appeared from the kitchen, "where were you"

"I went to the store I needed some more pens for class"

Pens? Really?

she examined me and my surroundings, "okay and where are said pens?"

"They didn't have the ones I wanted"

She squinted her eyes at me suspiciously, "right", "well if you're done lying to me, I'm going upstairs, by the way the food's on the table, night"

she walked back upstairs.

I couldn't tell her about where I really went. I would never hear the end of it.

"I knew you actually liked her!"

"oh my god you totally have feelings for her"

I can practically hear her now.

I wasn't really hungry considering the fact I ate much earlier, instead I decided to just head up to my room and sleep. I have football practice after school tomorrow and I needed all the sleep I could get.
