LOVE's POV

The beaming sunlight shining into my bedroom woke me up. I groaned looking at the clock next to me, 7:00AM

I got up and decided to get ready for school.

I still felt a little shitty but I decided to push through.

I sent a quick text to Natalia letting her know that I'm actually going today so she won't forget to pick me up.

I went into the bathroom, I turned on the faucet and washed my face with cold water to help me wake up.

I brushed my teeth and got out going back into my bedroom to get ready.

I was eating the bowl of cereal I made myself a couple of minutes ago when my mom walked in the kitchen, I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. I thought she would have left by now.

"Hey Love ask Natalie if you can stay at hers for a few days, I'm leaving town today for a few with friends and I don't want you in the house alone"

of course she would forget to tell me.

The reason she didn't want me home alone wasn't because she cared for my safety, of course not, but because she didn't trust me. She would always go on about how I was probably some kind of whore who would sneak in all of my boyfriends or whatever at the house when she wasn't here.

"I'll ask her later, and her name's Natalia"

"yeah whatever you say, I'm leaving later and I'm locking up the house so you better hurry up after school and grab all the shit you're going to need"

I rolled my eyes at her once she left. I didn't even feel like eating anymore. I left my cereal in the sink and waited for Natalia in the living room.

I walked through the hallways of the school next to Natalia. I still haven't asked her about letting me stay with her, I already knew she would say yes and I wouldn't mind staying a few days with my bestfriend but that would also mean I have to see her brother and I definitely don't want to, unless I want to camp out in my backyard or sleep at some park I have to suck it up.

"Hey Natti I have a huge favor to ask you"

we stopped infront of my classroom, her brown eyes focused on me, "okay what is it?"

"So my mom said she's leaving later on vacation and I was wondering if I could stay with you for the meantime"

a huge smile formed on her face, "of course you can!", "we'll get your stuff after school and after we'll go straight to my house"

"Thank you natti"

"okay you stay here while I go and get a few of my things"

"you want me to help you?"

"no it's fine, I promise it'll be just like ten minutes"

"okay then I'll wait here"

I unbuckled my seatbelt and got out of the car, walking up to my house.

I walked in and shut the door behind me.

I saw a couple bags in the living room. She must be leaving soon.

I walked up to my room.

I began packing some clothes, toiletries and a couple other things I needed. I made sure I had everything and walked out with my duffle bag in hand.

Once I made it downstairs I saw my mom exiting her room, keys in hand.

"oh you're here"

"yup I came to get my clothes"

"yeah I don't really care"

I rolled my eyes as I walked out of the house my mother walking out a few seconds later.

"I don't know when I'll be back and I don't want you calling me either, I won't answer anyway", "I might call you to let you know when I'm back, that's if I remember"

I watched as she walked to her car as she began putting her things in.

I walked towards Natalia's car getting in.

She looked at my one duffel bag and furrowed her eyebrows at me, "that's all you're going to need?"

"yeah, she'll probably be back in a week or so"

with any luck she'll never be back at all.

"oh okay if you say so"

she began driving.

I was not so exited to be sleeping in the same household as her annoying ass brother but on the bright side I have Natalia.
