It was a sunny day, with the birds chirping in the background. The cheerful melodies of the birds filled the atmosphere, creating a harmonious symphony that lifted your spirits, embracing the beauty of nature surrounding you.

Sleeping soundly on your bed, not wanting to wake up until your Auntie Leslie opened the blinds. You were immediately kissed by the sun's warm rays, waking up from it as your eyes slowly adjusted before you yawned and stretched your body.

You stood up from your bed and straightly walked inside the bathroom with a towel in your hands. Aunt Leslie just chuckled and walked out of your room.

In the bathroom, I turned on the shower, relishing the soothing warmth as water cascaded over me. The sensation washed away fatigue from a restless night. Lathering up with scented soap, the steam filled the cozy space. Time slipped away unnoticed until the sound of water droplets hitting the floor snapped me back. Hastily rinsing off, I hurriedly stepped out, wrapping a towel around my lower body.

Feeling a sense of urgency, I quickly chose my outfit for the day—a comfortable pair of jeans and a cozy sweater that suited the cool morning weather. After slipping on my sneakers and grabbing my backpack, I eagerly headed downstairs, ready to start the day.

The enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I entered the kitchen. Auntie Leslie was already there, preparing breakfast with a warm smile. The sound of sizzling bacon and the crackling of eggs in the frying pan filled the air.

"Good morning, Y/N!" Auntie Leslie exclaimed cheerfully. "I hope you had a restful night."

"Good morning, Auntie Leslie," I replied, returning her smile. "I did manage to get some sleep. Thank you for asking."

I sat at the kitchen table, eagerly anticipating my delicious breakfast. The savory scent of bacon and eggs intensified as Auntie Leslie skillfully plated the meal. She placed a generous portion in front of me, accompanied by a crispy toast and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Digging into the hearty breakfast, I savored each bite, enjoying the familiar taste of Auntie Leslie's cooking. The combination of flavors invigorated me, fueling my excitement for the day ahead.

As we ate, Auntie Leslie asked about my plans for the day. I mentioned my upcoming classes at Woodsboro High School and hoped to make new friends. Auntie Leslie listened attentively, offering words of encouragement and support.

After breakfast, I thanked Auntie Leslie for the delicious meal and headed towards the front door. As I reached for the doorknob, Auntie Leslie said, "Wait, Y/N! I almost forgot!"

Curious, I turned back to face her. She approached me, holding out a small, wrapped package. "I wanted to give you this before you leave," she said, her eyes filled with warmth.

I accepted the gift, carefully unwrapping it to reveal a sleek, silver keychain. Engraved on it were the words "Believe in Yourself." It was a simple yet powerful reminder of Auntie Leslie's unwavering faith in me.

Touched by her thoughtfulness, I hugged her tightly. "Thank you, Auntie Leslie. I'll carry this with me as a reminder."

She returned the embrace. Her voice filled with affection. "You're capable of great things, Y/N. Remember that. Have a wonderful day at school!"

"And I hope you bring your medication with you, so if ever you have visions again, you can drink it right away." She added.

"I have it here, Auntie; you know that this is the only way for me to escape from seeing my father." I winked at her. "I'll go now, Auntie! I'll see you again later." Waving your hands before stepping out of the house.
